Does your city have one? Have you ever visited one?
There's one in Portland (about 20 miles from me) but its downtown in homeless central, plus parking... so I've never been there. I went yesterday with my mom (she makes art journals.)
The scrapbook section was an interesting mix of old paper sold by the sheet (sorted by theme), Sizzix dies, scraps (literally, you could buy paper with a circle punched out of it, or half a sheet of something), old books like from Ali Edwards and Stacy Julian, magazines--I didn't see anything like Creating Keepsakes but there were some other ones--, albums (only one with d-rings and not my color scheme), and wood block stamps, tons of wood blocks stamps. They also sold buttons (10 cents each) in another area, ribbon etc, yarn, fabric, you name it.
I actually did not find anything to bring home (I was hot, tired, and done shopping by then) but it was definitely an experience... especially if you had time and patience to dig through things or only needed a purple crayon and didn't want to buy a whole box.

There is one in Pasadena, CA. I watched a video and it seems like they have a lot of things, especially fabric. I wish it was closer to me. Maybe one day I’ll get to visit.

I know of a small one in Bremerton WA, and another in Olympia WA. Ryann may have been to the Olympia one. Our local St Vincent de Paul thrift shop always had a decent selection of random crafty things too, much better than the Goodwill. It’s interesting to see what pops up in those places but I need to be really careful and realistic about what I’ll actually enjoy using. When I did more mixed media type stuff I could get myself in trouble with buying too much junk that had “potential” but turned out to be overwhelming or uninspiring when I got it home.

A local senior center has one. They have pretty much anything crafty. They just expanded their space and it's so fun to go in and see what is there. DH and I went a couple of weeks ago and I left with nothing (I'm trying to purge my huge stash currently), but DH left with $30+ thrift store price of feathers, yarn, beads for his new hobby of fishing fly tying. Even though I don't sew anymore I love looking at the old sewing patterns and vintage fabric people donate.

I have never heard of one anywhere near me, unfortunately. I do occasionally come across supplies at yard sales, though.

I found one in the city. No homeless nearby that I noticed, but very limited parking and not close to public transit, either. I dropped off a box of donation once with dh live-parked outside. Maybe when the weather cools off I'll have him drop me off some Saturday so I can browse.

I think it was only 3-4 years old at the time and not a piece of it was used. I think the owner said that they are somehow connected to one in Seattle.

Cranberry Hill Mercantile (El Camino Real) in Sunnyvale, CA hosts an ongoing craft supplies flea market in their back classroom. There are usually two new sellers per month. The owner charges a $20 participation fee. The sellers have a choice of store credit or check (the owner will take 25% off the top as her fee if you want cash back). The sellers leave their FM products for a month.
Creative Escape in Los Gatos, CA also hosts craft supplies flea markets once or twice a year. Their next flea market is coming up in a few weeks and will last for 3 days. The owner charges a participation fee and will offer only a store "coupon" to be used for products in her store. There is an expiration date for the store coupon. Lately, the owner had been offering 50% off of unsold flea market products on the last FM day (usually Sunday) if the FM products are tagged/authorized by the seller.
It's All About the Scrapbook in Dixon, CA hosts a craft supplies flea market once a year (usually in the Spring). The owners charge a participation fee and will offer a store credit to be used for products in their store. Their flea market usually lasts for a few days.
Cottage Crafts in San Jose, CA rents out "booths" to sell mostly handmade items. However, there may be stamp sellers there. I haven't been there in several years. But when I visited, there was plenty of used stamps for sale.
There's a store in Rocklin, CA which accepts craft donations and sells them reasonably. ie, Stampin' Up stamp sets for $3, etc. I can't recall the name of the store at this moment..but they accept stamps, papers, fabric, paints, books, & inkpads, etc. It's located across the street from Hobby Lobby. I visited this store 2 years ago and it was a sizeable store packed with plenty of products.
There's a thrift type store in Alameda, CA which sells all types of items, including stamp supplies, etc. I can't recall the name of the store at this moment. I have not visited this store. I called that store to check on what their participation fee would be if I sold my stamps there and the owner sale 50% as her fee. There is no parking lot so a visitor would have to hunt down street parking.

Nothing near me. Most of the CA ones mentioned are up north and the Pasadena video didn’t show much for scrapbooking or card making. Better for my wallet.

I used to go to one when I lived in Kansas (near Kansas City) but that was 10 years ago and it doesn’t look like it’s there anymore. I don’t know of any near me in Phoenix.

There’s one that is (or was…..I haven’t checked recently) near me. I haven’t been to it yet. I think they accept donations, though, so I am considering taking some of the no longer loved or needed items from my stash. They support some kind of charity, but I don’t remember what.

I went to one in the Salt Lake City area. I didn't feel like it was worth going out of my way for again. If you are into junk journaling or mixed media type of stuff, it's better for that.
I can't remember the name, Owl something??

FabMo in Sunnyvale, CA sometimes has scrapbooking/card making supplies. They mostly have fabrics and other craft supplies. It's a great place! ( paperlovinggal - it's off Tasman and Lawrence Expwy). They have an eBay store and you can buy online from their website as well. I like to go in person because it's close to my house and they have tons more stuff in person than online.

I have never heard of one anywhere near me, unfortunately. I do occasionally come across supplies at yard sales, though. Yeah, we are the same way. Nothing like that here, but I have found some estate sales + yard sales that have some scrappy items. More times than not, whatever they are selling is not something I want (like really themed items).

There is one in Austin TX. Ralph Tyndall did a YT video when he bought some stuff there (about what he bought, not the store). It's called Austin Creative Reuse.

There is a very nice one in Spokane, WA called Art Salvage. I visit a couple times a year when I am in that area. Sometimes I find great deals sometimes not. They just moved to a large space and it is worth a stop just so see the art they have on the walls - everything from recycled material. It is a very neat store.

And there is one in Longmont called Hidden Treasure 2, which I haven't been to in years (not sure if they are still there). And not in Colorado, but there is one in Tampa Bay, Florida called Bottom of the Bin. I only know that one from YT. Stumbled across her channel and she was doing a unboxing series. She bought some lady's stash.. 80 bins of mostly scrapbooking supplies... and some jewelry making.

I’m so jealous. I remember many years ago people were finding craft stuff at their Home Goods and Big Lots but none of those stores near me had anything like that. Tuesday Morning had had a decent craft aisle but rarely the cool items people mentioned in their haul posts.
Oh well,I’m going to console myself by buying a few things in the ATOC clearance section.
To those of you with stores nearby Happy Hunting! 😃
