I haven’t noticed in my immediate neighborhood lately. I am sure many of my neighbors are Trumpers though. There is a guy that sells trump flags on the edge of the highway near us. I saw a don’t tread on me flag the other day.
I have heard that a few business are putting things in the front window and if I see one I wouldn’t enter. Sorry not sorry.
I’m sorry you have to see that in your neighborhood. I’m really hoping none of my neighbors do so.

I cringe when I see them at a business, but I also know it means I won't be doing business there. One would think a business owner would recognize that attaching politics could cut his market in half....

Thankfully I haven’t seen many Trump signs yet, even with Trump and Vance being in the area last weekend. I even went to the county fair and didn’t see one maga hat or Trump shirt lol. I’m in Iowa now and have seen some flags but not nearly as many as in the past. I have family in Iowa and all of them (that talk about it) can't stand Trump. Where do they live? I am originally from NW Iowa and most of my immediate family hate Trump, but the extended family is pretty pro-Trump. It is a very red area.

So if you are in your majority? Still you will offend someone and in this economy I would think most wouldn’t want to turn someone off of your business. I don’t get it.

I cringe when I see them at a business, but I also know it means I won't be doing business there. OMG, I got a whopper of a Trump friendly political email from a sticker company that I previously ordered from a couple times, and promptly deleted my account. Later that week I saw on Threads and X that there was huge blowback for the company for sending out that email with lots of people saying they would never order from that company again. I got that one from them too. It pretty much devastated the online edtech community as we used them a lot for stickers. I requested they delete my accounts, as well as from their Stimulus social media platform. CEO kept saying why do you hate? LOL, I don't hate, but now I know you do. The things he was spouting on Twitter were gross.

This particular company is an online business that catered to creative businesses all over the country and apparently a lot of them aren’t Trump supporters. I guess they found that out the hard way. They gambled and lost. DH and I have local businesses and he parks his company branded vehicle in our driveway. We would never project our political views for public consumption. It’s nobody’s business how we vote and I’m sure no matter whose sign we put in the yard it would turn off half of our clients that live in and drive through our neighborhood, which I believe is pretty evenly split. I think it’s just a dumb move when the country is so polarized right now. About the only political sign I would dare to put up would be a generic one that just says GO VOTE!

My story: directly across the street from me lives a MAGA family. I tried to play nice. When the man was having cancer treatment, we took care of their mail, yard, snow, etc for NOTHING while they have four lazy kids living in town. He passed away just before the 2020 election. Right after the election, she put up a HUGE 4' x 8' wooden sign in her front yard that said "The best is yet to come" I thought it was a religious thing about Christmas. When spring came, I asked her about it. She said it was in support of Donald Trump and that he had actually won and would be back better than ever. I was speechless. I remain speechless. I called the city a couple times and they say they can't do anything because it is freedom of speech. Last year, this woman had a stroke. She is in bad shape. In ordinary times, I would be helping her with errands, etc. But I just can't. Her sign shows me who she is. The sign was taken down and hauled away about a month ago. Wind, rain, and snow had pretty much destroyed it. Nearly four years of looking at that sign and I just can't..........

One of the local board game stores uses Facebook, and whoever is in charge of their account has posted some political stuff (and then quickly deleted it) which makes me not want to shop there... I also saw someone with a "Trump!" shirt at A & W yesterday when we were in a different city. Except for flags in rural areas, and a few bumper stickers, I don't see a lot of Trump crap here, but I also didn't see much Biden stuff either. Our county is about half blue and half red which means half the people in my little corner of the world voted for him

I didn’t get it because I’m in Canada. But all my cake friends got it. And it isn’t as much the “I support trump” as it is that they used their business mailing list to push a political stance - even emailed anybody who ever bought from them, even once, plus added a “T-shirts are on sale buy a thump support shirt” 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️

Not a Trump flag, but I was walking my dog and a neighbor a few blocks over got out with a T-shirt that had Patriot on the front. To me that screams Trump supporter but I could be wrong.
