I've lost some weight - 15 lbs to go.
But the cellulite doesn't seem to be diminishing.
If you've had success with something, can you share?

Cellulite is genetically ordained. I have had it when I weighed 100lbs and I have it still at...a higher weight than that.

I agree - genetics unfortunately. I’ve never been overweight but I definitely have cellulite. I’ve been exercising more lately and I *think* that might be helping a little bit, but it could also be wishful thinking.

You can’t get rid of it unfortunately. Lymphatic drainage, exercise, etc etc are supposed to help minimise it but if you figure out a way you’ll make a fortune 😊

The rugby player Ilona Maher had an Instagram post showing her cellulite. She is ROCK SOLID and in shape. Her body fat would be probably the closest to non-existent that it could be.
She is SO much about body positivity and posted that to show girls and women that cellulite is OK
Gosh she is the best! If you don't follow her, you should!

Nothing can get rid of it, but I find if I am hydrated, it's not as obvious. A spray tan helps as well!

Are you sure it’s cellulite? Skin laxity can look very similar.
I went to my med spa to have them look at what I thought was cellulite on my abdomen- they said it’s skin laxity not cellulite and gave me some cream to help firm it. Oh boy menopause is so much fun haha
Agree about hydration and spray tan - I’m getting a spray tan today in prep for my vacation…

Agree that it's genetic. I'm heavy by societal standards but don't really have cellulite. *shrug* I assure you I've done nothing to bring this about. I don't remember seeing any on my mother, either.
Also no varicose veins for me. Again, genetic.

I didn't get stretch marks but I DID get cellulite with my first pregnancy, seemingly overnight, on my otherwise-firm 22 year old legs. One day at about 7 months I looked down and there it was.

I too had it at a weight of 120 pounds at 5' 7" and still have it at 180 pounds. I was a super athlete growing up and was also in marching band. Totally generic and it doesn't discriminate. |

My granddaughter was at the cottage with me last week. We were getting ready for a swim and she mentioned to me that I have waves on my butt😭😭

I can easily reduce the appearance...take out my contacts and it just about disappears!
