I know, I know...it is only the start of August BUT for those who can not have traditional advent calendars, check out Costco!!   There is Christmas Vacation, Christmas Story, and Elf. And yes I got one and was very excited. I'm not a big Lego fan so those never spoke to me but this did. It was either $24 or $29. |

Now that's a FUN one! I bought my youngest a Pokemon one. He'd rather have small figures than chocolate anyway. Last Christmas I bought an Anime themed one and he loved it.

I was so ticked that Canadian Costco doesn't have these advent calendars! I love the Christmas Vacation one--I'm jealous!

Thanks for this. No lego yet but my husband picked up the Christmas story version of this. They also had Elf. My husband and I love the Christmas Story and watch it several times during the season. I think he said it was 29.

I've given the Pokemon one to my nephews. I have also bought multiple Lego ones over the years.
Last Christmas my sister bought my 14-year-old nephew one that had cologne samples. He is crazy about cologne so that was a hit. It was from Macy's and my sister worked there at the time so she got a significant discount. Cologne is not cheap.
