The new photo trimmer came out today in 3 different bundles to choose from. I bought the bundle with just the trimmer and bag (the bag will also hold the big trimmer). At the end of the month you will be able to buy the trimmer without a bundle (no bag). I don't work for CM, I just really like their tools, my original CM trimmer I bought in the 90's still works well. Here's a link to their website: www.creativememories.com/shop-all/tool/trimmer-bundles.html

That is the one thing they could make that would tempt me!

Oh wow I like it. I’m in the market for a new guillotine trimmer. The bag is cute.

I have no need for that size. I have the small Tim Holtz photo trimmer, and a full sized paper trimmer. I don’t need an in between size.

I ordered it too. I figured it would sell out just by reading the advisors' facebook group. I got in on the first order.

I was debating if I wanted to spend the money. Then my mom called to say she wanted to get me something for my birthday for scrapbooking. So she gave me money to buy the new trimmer and the bag!

I'm very interested in the new trimmer. I have and like the original, smaller trimmer, but have always wished it was wider than 4.75 inches. I'm still looking for a new trimmer for 12x12 paper, but I want one with a base that is 6 inches wide to the left of the blade (looks like the CM one goes to 5.25 before having to pull out the arm) so there's no point in getting the big bundle. I'm not even sure I need a bag so I might wait until the new trimmer is available on its own.

Ooh, it looks nice I have the Tonic 6x12 guillotine which is great but I missed the handy little CM trimmer I gave to my friend years ago so I rebought it from eBay. Turns out for cardmaking I need something that goes to at least 5.5" wide so the little trimmer is not as useful as I had hoped. This bigger but still in-between size doesn't look like it would solve any problems I have. It's just got me brainstorming how I can add my own extension to make my little trimmer more useful.

I've also marked 6.25" on mine, right on the edge of the upper left edge. Cutting anything between 6.25" and 6.75" is tricky, you have to do math! or mark the paper. But otherwise it's a pretty great guillotine trimmer. www.scrapbook.com/store/ton-1980e.html

Thinking of getting this. I love my small TH guillotine trimmer but HATE that can’t cut cardstock for cards that open on top instead of the side. This would solve the problem.

I might be interested in this when they sell it without the bag. I don't do crops anymore (because there are none to be found in my area!), so I would just keep it at home.
I don't like the CM papers or stickers, but boy do they make great tools. I still have the little trimmer, think I bought it in 1999.

I waited until I could order just the trimmer because I didn't need a bag, and it just arrived today. Love it! I print all of my photos at home for WITL, DD, and the periodic travel album and cutting them down was killing my regular trimmers' blades. I could do the smaller ones on my old guillotine CM trimmer, but now I can cut down 6x8 photos from an 8.5x11 paper on the new CM guillotine trimmer and not kill my blades.

I received mine too but I haven't tried it yet! I found the older CM personal trimmer size was annoying because you couldn't measure up to 6 inches... which is a very frequent measurement for photos so that bothered me.
