That's so exciting. Are you both planning on moving to Ludington in the spring? Depends on whether we get the work done on our existing house and find the right house there. We will see. But we made a pros and cons list and well, we think moving would be good for us. I do too. I think you'd be happy. |

Sending healing thoughts to sueg and all of you dealing with health issues. My sister and I had planned a long weekend of relaxation and movie binging at my house. Unfortunately my mom’s daily caregiver fell and dislocated her hip and won’t be able to work for a while. So I’m packing up to go stay with her to help out. I only have 3 weeks until I start babysitting for my granddaughter so this is putting a crimp in finishing all of the projects I have procrastinated on doing. I just ate a bowl of cereal for lunch. I probably won’t be hungry for dinner until late so I’m thinking a bowl of soup or some cheese and crackers. I have terrible eating habits. |

I think you'd be happy. You know what's kind of hilarious, though? Most people when they age, move down South to warmer climates. Ludington has more than twice the average snowfall as where I live now. Haha... It's going to be a much colder, wetter winter. (We do like winter, though.) |

When is your sibling up for parole? (i.e. When is she or he out of quarantine?) She won’t get near me for now, but she still went in to court this morning.  We don’t know if she’s still testing positive because she hasn’t tested lately, but she still feels lousy. lucyg you are lucky to be so loved that they are willing to drive you crazy just to show how much they care. 🤣❤️❤️❤️ That they do! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Ludington is one of our very favorite places. We priced out some real estate and we think we can make it happen. And be close to the lake. That would make us happy. We are camping at Sleeping Bear next month. Should be fun. |

I still have 3 baby teeth (had 4 but one was replaced with an implant) and know I have more implants in my future, so I can relate. Teeth are important. jeremysgirl I love how creative in your cooking you are! "Sleeping Bear" is such a cute name. Now I've camped in "Big Bear". ntsf ugh to the smoke. lucyg I love your attitude. Seriously you rock. I'm glad you are doing well and may it continue and confound all the doctors! scrapmaven My step-family are Jewish so I've learned some yiddish words over the years and they make it into my common vocabulary. My step-mom is truly my second mom and I've known and loved her now for over 50 years. DH is picking up Chinese food on the way home from work, so no cooking for me. Dealing with stuff today that are concerning and another that is just a pain. Will spare the tribe. Hoping my pupper is ok. Made an appointment for next week but may need to take an emergency one tomorrow.

Change of plans for dinner. I have some Chinese Chicken Salad left over so that is what I will eat. I bought some salad shrimp for DH and will make him a shrimp salad. Fruit salad for both of us. Can anything be easier??   |
