Here in Canada, we have a CBC news program called The National that is on 6 nights a week. It deals with news of the day from all around the world. At the end of each program, they reserve the last 3 or 4 minutes for a segment called The Moment. It's all good news - of acts of kindness, special happenings or events that make us smile and celebration of community.
It's such a nice way to end the broadcast and so uplifting to know that there can be good news being recognized.

CBS national news has been ending their program with a similar story each evening. It is nice to hear about kindness in the world.
