Thoughts on this kit? I wish she had more pictures of the variety of the cards.

Thoughts on this kit? I wish she had more pictures of the variety of the cards. Those are my thoughts! I like what I see, but they just don't show enough. I feel the same about her new Desktop core kit as well. Still waiting for someone to make a youtube video that shows all the cards for that one.

Is this different than PL or just a new name?

Curious about it as well. Is this a new product or just a new kit similar to her other kits.

I look forward to seeing them but it will take a lot to get me to buy any more core kits.

I looked at it and like it but don't want any more full kits. I don't want 8 of all the journal/filler cards.

It's essentially the same as her other core kits, but this particular kit is geared toward the weekly layouts. This kit has the weekly title cards and a lot more cards aimed at documenting every day life.

from her website, it looks like it also has 12x12 and 6x6 paper to go with the card designs, along with some other more 'traditional' scrapbook embellishments so you could make a 'regular' scrapbook layout with matching supplies. (and as much as I love SB paper and supplies, this won't get me to buy it, since I still have most of the PL core kit I bought a couple years, lol!)
ETA: I believe her blog said you can ONLY buy it from her website. NO other websites, stores, etc. will be offering it for sale.

I could wallpaper my house 10 times in PL cards and still have enough to scrap the rest of my life. So I'm not even looking at these lol.

Having the weekly title cards might be nice for PL beginners or people who don't want to spend a lot of time on PL. I probably would get tired of the same designs & color schemes… but I'd like to see more photos of the kit.

I bought one core kit and that was it - just too many cards! I do my PL album on a monthly basis, so definitely not interested in this kind of thing.

Sales must be lagging. The physical products of the first core kit of Project 52 are: Album 6×6 Paper Pad Embossing Folders Clear Photo Overlays Specialty Cards to coordinate
The simple way of PL or now P52 is thrown out the window with the addition of the embossing folders. I used to think of Becky, creativity, good ideas. Now, I think of Becky and $$. It turns me off.

I posted on the PL board here a while back about not being able to view the cards. I don't want to buy a kit only to find I don't like most of it. We shouldn't have to go to youtube just to see the kit's contents. Besides, a lot of that stuff is starting to look the same. The designs are similar, just slightly different shades of the same colors. It's better for me to just make my own--more variety that way.
Oh, and if it's only available on BH's site now, just wait. It all seems to end up at Michael's in the end.
