Multiple arrests and connection the death of Matthew Pe

i saw snippets of the live press conference. i'm surprised they were able to make the arrests but i'm glad they did. kind of sad to think that only a high profile figure's death could bring about this kind of investigation. but, whatever spotlight it could bring to curbing rampant drug deaths is a good thing. let these arrests send a message.
