We have an Election Season that includes:
1. REGISTERING TO VOTE: People MUST check their registrations at vote.org. States with the most to lose when democrats vote are PURGING voter rolls. Check your registration OFTEN. If you're not registered, do so today
2. VOTING EARLY: Many states START Early Voting mid-September. That's coming right up. Make a PLAN to vote early. A lot of polling stations play horrific games like accidentally running out of ballots, not opening on time because of 'technical difficulties,' voting machines accidentally malfunctioning. SO VOTE EARLY !! If you vote by mail - ask for it asap !! Return it asap.
3. NOV 5th Election Day. Check vote.org to see where you're polling place is. Some dodgy precincts have a habit of changing where you vote. DO NOT ASSUME it is the same place as 2020.
TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY THIS NEWS. When we vote, we win !!! But there are so many GOOD strategies to ensure our vote counts.

Going to add a number 4 and 5.
4. VOTE in local elections because they affect you and your entire area.
5. Don't write in a vote. That takes away from voting in a Democrat, especially at the Presidential level.
Don't list to the whackadoodles who have every excuse to not vote for Kamala (or Trump. Ew but hey free country) because of xyz.
Vote. Just freaking vote.

Verify you are still registered - especially in certain states that have recently made laws to remove people
I don’t live in an at risk sort of state and I checked my registration yesterday online & have a calendar reminder to verify it again the day before the deadline. I’m not taking any chances. I live right by my county seat if im somehow not registered the day before I’ll be camping out at the county clerks office to register.
I will vote if I’m not dead. In fact I’m going to vote early for the first time ever just because I really want to vote.

We have mail in voting (there are no polling places) and the ballots are mailed so we'd know if we didn't get one something was up... you don't even need a stamp to vote by mail.
You can also go online and check that your ballot was received.
I wish vote by mail was the standard everywhere, it would solve a lot of the things on the above posted list.

We just got postcards reminding us we have several options for voting. Mail in, early and in person on Nov 5th. All three of us got them so we know we are good. We will also get mail in ballots.

I'm in Mississippi, a solid red state, and I checked mine yesterday online - the system couldn't find me. I entered all of my information and then it went through as if I was changing my address. So weird. Now I'm very paranoid so I'm going to check again in a couple of weeks.

Unless this came from your secretary of state, I'd still check. There are citizens sending post cards encouraging voting.

I'd check again tomorrow; I encountered a similar phenomenon when I first checked, but I was there with correct info the next day. Maybe they were doing system maintenance? Sorry to have stressed you, but glad you'll be able to remedy it.

If you're in Florida and do mail voting - the law has changed and you have to request the mail ballot EACH time now

Thank you for this! I moved since the last voting cycle and needed to see if I was registered under my new address. Luckily, I recently renewed my DL with the correct address and my registration traveled with me. Whew! This election more than ever is so important and I didn't want to show up and not be able to vote.

Yes, but by the time your ballot would arrive in the mail it would be past the deadline to register if you had somehow been removed from the voting rolls. Perhaps like me you live in a state that doesn’t do that, but even though I don’t live in a state that randomly removes voters from registration I do live in a Republican held county so I felt I need to verify that. If I lived in a place like GA where they have removed people & now anyone can remove people, I’d stalk my registration like a hawk. I just feel that in an election this important it’s worth checking especially since it’s so easy to check online. In my state registration deadline is 10/15 I’ll check on 10/14 just to be sure because I wouldn’t get my ballot by then if I did mail in voting

Luckily, I recently renewed my DL with the correct address and my registration traveled with me. Whew! This election more than ever is so important and I didn't want to show up and not be able to vote. there was a man ahead of us at the polls this evening who was turned away and sent to the Board of Elections to update his records before Nov - his registration was at a previous address in a different county. When we moved and changed our address at DMV, they asked us if we wanted them to update our voter registration so I guess he either didn't update with DMV or said no. In other news- DD17 recently registered to vote online and she got a confirmation of her registration in the mail and was told her voter ID would be mailed to her once she's 18 (she turns 18 in October so the November election will be her first)
