I know two young people who are pursuing a career in aviation, one is a guy and the other is a girl. Both have made it through the instruction part but have had a really hard time getting in all of their flight hours to progress because of the lack of instructors.

I've often wondered why there aren't more women pilots. In this day and age, it's not because they're not allowed to.
It's not something that would appeal to me but I do wonder why there aren't more of them.

He just did all his flying hours and is deciding on the instructional part. I don’t know how hard it was to get an instructor. |
