Thanks The Birdhouse Lady ! DSO's sister owns an optometry business, and DSO has got so many fun coloured glasses. Last year he brought his new green glasses here to Koh Samui, so I could take a fun tropical photos for her website. This time he brought his new blue glasses (and they are such a gorgeous vibrant blue!) so I could get another tropical photo for her website. And yes, "real hoot" is certainly one phrase to describe him!!

Hey all - another busy day here. Keep thinking I see the end in sight and then a new problem pops up. Throwing some spaghetti together for dinner. Best wishes to all!

Neighbor came by with a still-warm-from-the-oven loaf of sourdough bread and dh picked some fresh sweet corn, so that's what we had for dinner! I did make a nice lunch though of Orange Chicken (which someone recommended in an older thread here from the dimsimlim website), and also the chow mein from the same site. Both were great! (I added water chestnuts to the chow mein recipe though).

I will have to fiddle with it, because I have trouble digesting cream sauces, but I will give it a try. I love lemon AND blue cheese AND pasta. boys5times
