DH and I have it, too. This variant is no joke - we're pretty miserable. Hope you feel better soon!

It's going around like wildfire here (Northern Virginia).
Hope you feel better quickly.

I hope you feel better soon. You, too, Merge. I would say my symptoms were very mild. I felt better in a week.

We have it here too. It hasn't been too bad this round for us. Stay well everyone.

We had never had it before and got hit mid August. It's been the worst. We both now test negative though I'm still coughing and lost my sense of taste. We both are tired too. I wish yours to be quick and over!

My husband and I just had it too--first timers. Because he is a cancer patient, he was prescribed Paxlovid. He tested negative in five days and was out and about, while it took me 13 days to test negative and another week until I felt okay to do some normal things. Ugh.
I'm grateful we were vaccinated and didn't contract it in 2020 because I don't think I would have done well.
Take care, everyone!

I had a variant last week and it wasn’t horrendous. They only give Paxlovid to people who qualify and my 82 year old dad didn’t qualify. I have a sore throat and a fever. It wasn’t as bad as a cold. This variant also tests negative. I hope you are better quickly as I was.
