So the movie, Labyrinth, that movie is so much creepier now. Like 50 whatever year old me is just getting child grooming vibes thru the whole thing. I don’t recall it feeling that way back then. But David Bowie’s character gave me the old dude grooming the pubescent teen vibes and I can’t see anything else this time around.
It was just icky. There could never be enough Jim Hensen characters to balance out the ick factor now. Not sure why 20 yo me never saw that.

I saw it recently and always thought it was a bit creepy, but for some reason, it still doesn't bother me.

I loved the movie when it came out snd I had the cassette tape of the music I loved the music and played it over and over again. I tried watching a year or two ago and just couldn’t get into it. I honestly don’t even remember what it was about.

I’ve always loved that movie but haven’t seen it in about 5 years. Not sure I would think of it that way though

I haven't seen it. I am surprised some find Bowie creepy though. By all accounts he was a very nice man and a true gentleman. I am a fan of his music so maybe that is why I don't see him being creepy. But I have only read nice things about him. And in interviews he always came off very well.
