I can't stand NOT having a bra on. I have to have something to contain them boobs. Not that I am extra big or anything, I am just not comfortable. It can be a sports bra, regular bra (no underwire kind) or whatever just to keep them in place. Otherwise I feel icky.. like they are just there and sweaty and moving around.. haha. Until I go to bed or close to it.. they are contained. How's that for sharing?

I'm like you. If I'm up and moving around, I want a bra on.

Yes, I don't remove my bra until I'm ready for bed. The girls aren't that big but it is still uncomfortable. No underwire for me either.

Mine are fake since the mastectomy so they don't really move, but they are HEAVY (a solid silicone gel like a gummy bear) and I like the support! However, other than special occasions, I haven't worn a bra with cups since 2016. I don't need underwires and I far prefer the stretchy soft bralettes or sports bras.
If it doesn't come in S, M, or L, I don't want it! No more cup sizes for me. And I often wear one to bed too, for the support.
But I don't need one for strapless and backless gowns and can also go all day without if I need to, and no one can tell.

I always have some kind of bra on, even when sleeping. Most days I wear something comfy anyway, but if I happen to be wearing an underwire bra when I go out, I will change as soon as I get home.

Same. Only time I don't have one on is when I am in pjs. It's just uncomfortable.

I’m usually in a sports bra or regular bra except when sleeping., I was in Vegas a while back and it was 110 degrees and when we dressed up at night I went without a bra - it was heaven!!

I like having a bra on too. I only take it off when it is time to sleep. And when I was nursing my son I wore a sleep nursing bra to sleep at night.

Same! Mine goes on as soon as I get dressed- weekdays that's right after I shower, weekends with no plans that's when I get out of bed and throw on my comfy clothes. I take it off when I change into my pjs.

I'm like you. If I'm up and moving around, I want a bra on. This. I have the ones recommended here that are "sweatpants for your tits" which how they were described I wear those at home, and since I'm still kinda quarantined, they suffice. If I'm leaving the house, I wear more substantial bras.

However, I need at least one of these sweatpants bras. lol. What brand are they?

Post cancer, mastectomy, chemo, one-boob here. I loathe bras with the heat of a thousand suns. To me they're the most uncomfortable garments known to woman-kind. I wear bralets or crop tops 24/7.

I am a member of the small boobs club. I don’t have to deal too much with under boob sweat. I wear bras when I go out or see people because it makes the shirt I am wearing hang nicer. I don’t take mine off as soon as I get home, but I take evening showers and I don’t put a bra back on until I am going out the next day. Which means, if we are staying home all day, I may not put a bra on at all that day.

I don’t own any uncomfortable bras, so I’m always in a bra until I go to bed.

I get chafing without a bra. 😬
If I’m just lounging around the house I wear those cotton bralettes. Cheap and comfy.

It isn't substantial enough I would wear it out and about, but it serves a purpose at night.

I don't think that's quite the answer, it's a bit extreme. Get a reduction.

Bali Comfort Revolution were my first foray into sweatpants for your boobs, but I'm smaller now and I like Calvin Klein tank bras and that style. Minimalist. You can get them at any department store, online, or at places like TJMaxx.

Bra goes on when I get dressed whether that’s a lounge at home Sunday or working but even comfortable bras start to feel restrictive by 5 pm so it comes off as soon as I’m in for the rest of the day/evening. I’d like to be small enough for bralets etc.

Since I retired I mostly live without a bra. Just put it on when I need to go out. And in winter if I’m just running errands I may just wear a camisole under my sweater. With a coat on nobody knows!

I’m with you, workingclassdog. I hate not having a bra on during the day especially if other people are going to see me. I don’t do underwires at all, those are of the devil.

Ever since my reduction I usually only wear one when in public. I'm just an A and have no need for lift and no boob sweat. And the main reason I need a bra when in public is I haven't found any covers that fit my headlights that don't show what they are.

I am a triple D girl. At 4pm, sometimes even 3pm my bra is off.
It's not small. It's not cute.
It has huge under wires, big cups, huge straps, and 4-5 hooks in the back.
It's uncomfortable.
I'd rather my boobs freely flow and sway them be upright and stiff.
Some weekends it doesn't even go on unless I have to go somewhere.
No back pain. So yeah.
