I was about to vote NO, mainly because Trump is hot air and accomplishes very little. 
But he's not the only one to worry about. His scummy little cronies like Abbott are just waiting for a chance to act on their agendas.

I have been asking this for a few months. What is this going to look like?
Will they pull over only those who look hispanic or all non-whites?
What if they have legitimate papers and the LEO doesn't believe it?

I have a 15 mo old mixed race grandson (black and white) but have had a couple people ask if he is half hispanic. Will I need to carry some kind of papers for him when I take him out while babysitting? What about my son-in-law who is black, will a driver's license be enough or will he need to carry a birth certificate?

I am furious that the MSM is not calling trump out more on his platform and craziness. The Heather Cox Richardson letter from Sept 7 should be required reading. Many things scare me about a second trump presidency but this terrifies me for what could happen to friends and family.

He assured attendees that "If you think you have a nice house, have a migrant enjoy your house, because a migrant will take it over. A migrant will take it over. It will be Venezuela on steroids." He reiterated his plan to get rid of migrants. “And you know,” he said, “getting them out will be a bloody story.”

He went on to try to rev up supporters in words very similar to those he used on January 6th, 2021, but focused on this election. “Every citizen who’s sick and tired of the parasitic political class in Washington that sucks our country of its blood and treasure, November fifth will be your liberation day. November fifth, this year, will be the most important day in the history of our country because we’re not going to have a country anymore if we don’t win.”

Whatever has caused it, Trump seems utterly off his pins, embracing wild conspiracy theories and, as his hopes of winning the election appear to be crumbling, threatening vengeance with a dogged fury that he used to be able to hide.

I mentioned this in another post. His project 2025 plan IS to make the former immigrants into the new Black and Hispanic jobs'. He proposes that with the schools all voucher the POC and poor will not have the difference in $$ to go to paid schools and will do without or attend poorly funded public schools. Their lives will be limited to his choice of jobs for them. Those of means will afford to attend the better voucher schools and some chosen advance into higher education. Only his chosen ones will move forward, the rest of us including POC will fall backward and possess little of value. This is the reason for high birth rates for the poor and POC, who will be easily replaced by the next wave. Pro-birth, who will care as we die, there will be more right behind us to fill the every rest menial jobs...

Many states have cut back/repealed their child labor laws. Let those kids die in the fields, work in factories, meat packing plants... More kids waiting in line to fill them. With little or no education, what options do they, we, have under 2025..

A new analysis of the controversial policy platform former President Donald Trump denies supporting, despite contributions from more than 100 of his former staffers, revealed Monday eight significant ways its implementation could upend Americans' lives.

The Heritage Foundation policy plan Project 2025 was subjected to a brutal takedown from New York Times contributor Steven Rattner, a former counselor to the Treasury secretary under former President Barack Obama, who argued it would devastate all but the very rich.

According to Rattner and researchers from the Center for American Progress, here's how.

1. Taxes would triple for low-income Americans
Project 2025 proposes to simplify tax brackets into two groups, 15 percent and 30 percent, while eliminating deductions and credits, Rattner wrote.

Their plan would raise taxes for U.S. families earning less than $170,000 a year and nearly triple them for a family earning $75,000.

Meanwhile, the affluent would get tax cuts.

2. Nearly 20 million Americans would lose healthcare coverage
Project 2025 would impose a lifetime cap on Medicaid, the low-income healthcare provider, rendering it inaccessible to about 19 million people, or 5 percent of the country’s population, Rattner's analysis found. The odds are one in 20.

3. Preschoolers would take a hit
Project 2025 would eliminate Head Start and giving the money to parents, according to Rattner. He notes the federal preschool program is mostly used in rural counties, where voters are predicted to vote for Trump.

4. 180,000 less jobs for teachers
Project 2025 would phase out $18 billion in federal funding allocated to education aid program Title I. According to the Center for American Progress, the move would decimate 180,000 teacher positions, nearly 6 percent of the teacher workforce of roughly 3.2 million public school teachers.

5. Student loan payments would 'balloon'
Project 2025 have existing borrowers repay the loans on their existing terms, eliminating loan forgiveness, Rattner wrote. Monthly payments for those who never earned a college degree would nearly quadruple, from $78 to $308 and college graduates would pay nearly three times as much as they pay now.

6. Airport and road conditions would deteriorate
Project 2025 seeks to repeal the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which pumps hundreds of billions of federal dollars into state infrastructure projects.

7. No more abortion pills for women
Project 2025 calls on the Food and Drug Administration to ban mifepristone, which now accounts for 63 percent of all abortions in the U.S., according to Rattner.

8. But more power for Trump
Project 2025 wants to reinstate Trump's repealed policy that reclassified 50,000 civil servants as political appointees, Rattner noted.

"This may sound like inside baseball, but it is a critically important issue," he concluded. "A huge increase in the number of political appointees (there are currently only about 4,000) would substantially increase the reach of presidential power."
