Update: I wanted to make sure to give PTI credit—they sent me the missing set of stamps without any runaround! Hopefully things there have improved a lot.
I used to buy from them in the old days, and I remember that I had (and other people had) a lot of customer service issues. I recently ordered from them again, and when my order arrived yesterday, it was missing a set of stamps (annoyingly, for a set of dies that did arrive); I immediately emailed them and am not yet deciding (because it has only been a day) that they aren't emailing back, but I remember that it was a big hassle correcting orders before, and wondered if anyone has more recent experience.
