LSU travels to Columbia to start SEC play against South Carolina. With question marks remaining about our running game and defense, who knows which LSU team will show up. We'll find out early in the morning which doesn't bode well since we usually don't do well in morning games.

Huskers host Northern Iowa. It is an alumni game for us. Me: Huskers. Him: Northern Iowa. We are going to the game. It is a night game. Should be a lot of fun.

Auburn host New Mexico this Saturday and I'm praying we change QB. Last week's loss to California was mostly due to our starting QB throwing interceptions. The guy had a terrible record last season and for some reason he's back as started QB. He's definitely not showing improvement and needs to take a back seat.

Purdue hosts Notre Dame. I don't have high hopes. I know ND will be out for blood after their home loss last weekend. But their loss proves you never know...

CU vs CSU Sat evening.
The whole country rooting for CSU lol.
My kids are a house divided, so either way someone will at least be happy. I’m hoping for a good game and 🤞🏻no fan incidents, there were rumors of pretty ugly fan behavior last year in Boulder. I do wonder if they’ll stop playing the Rocky Mt Showdown for a while again after this year, or at least go back to Mile High Stadium.

UNT plays at Texas Tech. I would normally think this would be an easy win, but Tech has been on the struggle bus.

Michigan State plays Prairie View A&M tomorrow afternoon. It was originally scheduled against someone else who canceled relatively recently, leaving MSU to scramble for an opponent. Supposed to be an easy win, but we all know how that can go.
We traditionally attend this game as it's the Alumni Band and my brother marches, but I had ear surgery this week. Feeling good and ready to watch from my couch. Go Green! 💚

Hotty Toddy! Ole Miss travels to Wake Forest this week. It's our first on the road game and hoping for a win! We are sad not to be there in person this week, and it looks like we'll be attending a funeral next week. But at least we're not missing either game on TV. |

Well, when we were down 0-17 in the middle of the 2nd quarter, I was worried. But the Tigers never gave ups and beat South Carolina 36-33. Both teams had some breaks but thankfully we were able to preserve!

My nephew is the defensive coordinator for a division three school here in New York State and they won yesterday to 64 to 21. I think it was the day of blowouts.

Purdue got their butts handed to them. Our worse loss in history. I was worried about this game but never dreamed it would be that bad.

What do you think they will do next week, give Hank another chance or start Thorne again - whomever they start next week, I hope Freeze yanks them if they start to shit the bed. I still do not understand why he didn't put Hank in during the Cal game - it would have been interesting to see if he could have turned it around. Then again, Auburn defense isn't that awesome, they need to figure some shit out too. LOL I hate!!!! the Gamecocks, so I was thrilled to see LSU win!!!! |

We usually play ND pretty close. I knew they would be out for blood after their loss last week but that was horrible how we played. Our bye week last week didn't help one bit. |

While TCU played a pretty good game, that was definitely exciting. They blew a 21 point lead, by losing by one point. Better luck next week. 💜

WSU beat the University of Washington to bring the Apple Cup back to Pullman! Coug fans are still furious at the University of Washington for abandoning the Pac-12 and not taking WSU with them making this victory extra sweet! Go Cougs!

We were watching the Backyard Brawl between Pitt and WVU. Great game and the win went to Pitt. H2P! We were on a bus tour in Australia with some big WVU fans and "Country Roads" was played in the bus and we all joined in singing. This was followed immediately on the playlist by "Sweet Caroline." The fans had fun telling us why they were cracking up and explained the chorus of "Eat Sh!t Pitt" to us all. |
