Hopefully Final Update:
Xh texted me yesterday to see if I knew how to get into the court stream. I sent it to him after a couple of hours. Then he texted that he just paid it and would email me the receipt
So we log into court today and the judge is clearly annoyed. She mentioned him paying it (the taxes) at the last possible moment multiple times
If for some reason it bounces or something, I have 30 days to alert the court.
Idiot had to pay an extra $50 in interest by waiting to pay it, but I'm FREE of him!!!
Update:
Judge ruled in my favor. He is on contempt. She nicely told him that she didn't believe him and that he had ample time to pay it.
He has 60 days
ETA: they pulled behind me as we were leaving. So he got to see my tesla. They purposely turned behind me (away from where they were gping) so he could flip me off...today was awesome
Today is in person court with xh fir his contempt if our orders. I'm sure ow will be there and they will try to rattle me.
If you are the type to send positive thoughts out, I could use some. First, to do a hood job representing myself in court and second, to keep my strength and composure. I haven't seen xh in over a year and only been in the company of the ow when I had her escorted off by the police back in Feb of 23.
