Bella & Grace/The Gathering Place
Those of you in the DFW area may already be aware of it. They were at a recent convention (the one in Denton).
I went for the second time today. This was my first time meeting the owner. She is friendly and kind. She has more to offer than the last time I was there. She now has a trailer outside with more goodies. I went to look in the trailer, and apparently a wasp slipped in with me. When I noticed him on the door, I carefully opened it, and he flew out, but in my haste to make sure he didn’t just come back in, when I shut the door, I slammed my thumb in the door and gouged the skin pretty bad. She showed me where to wash my hand and then she helped me bandage it.
Despite the fact that I already have a huge stash, I found plenty of lovely things to buy.
If you haven’t been there yet, she offers scrapbooking and card making papers, ephemera, etc., junk journal items, wood cuts, and lots of delightful things. It’s about a 30 minute drive for me, and I thought it was definitely worth the visit.
They are called Bella & Grace Creative Arts/the gathering place, located at 8850 Davis Blvd, Southlake, TX 76248

Their hours are posted online. They aren’t open all the time like a big box store, so check the days/hours before you go at the link above.
