Recently two PF ink cube pads have popped out of their cubes. I’m not even sure that I’ve used one of the two cubes other than to swatch it when it arrived. 😕
I’ve not run across this before and am wondering how I would go about reattaching them? They are each from a different 4 cube set, so I’d prefer not to have to pay $15 per set to have to replace the entire sets. I’d probably just do without these particular colors BUT I also have the reinkers for them, so if I did they would go to waste.
Anyhow, I’d like to give it a go except for the fact that I have no idea what kind of adhesive might work to attach a wet pad back into its plastic cube. Any thoughts my friends? I’m all ears, and thanks!

Something like this might work Flex glue. Before I tried to fix them myself I’d contact PF to see if they would replace them.

I would contact PF to see what them recommend to glue it back. I don't think they would replace it.
[One of my C9 and HeroArt inkpad did the same thing haven't fixed them yet.
Would hot glue work?

I think during summer camp this year someone's Creamsicle cube did this. I don't think she contacted C&9th, but someone who contacted them about reinkers for some of the cubes that were rather dry on arrival (and the reinkers were out of stock) said she received replacements for those from them. I would absolutely give them a call or drop them an email or whatever. They might just replace them!

I had that happen several years ago. It was a regular sized rectangular one. I glued the pad back down with regular white glue. It held okay but I was very careful when I was inking stamps.

If you have the reinkers, you can purchase empty ink cubes (and other sizes) on Amazon.

I had that happen with a distress oxide. I just nudged the pad back into the middle and let it sit there and was very careful when inking up a stamp. When I needed to get ink on a brush for ink blending it was a little trickier.

If you have some, how about red line adhesive tape?

Thank girls. I just sent an email to PF, we'll see what they say. In the meantime I have the flex glue that lindas recommended in my shopping cart. I did check into the empty ink cubes that freeatlast suggested, but unfortunately the reviews are not favorable. Apparently the ink pad does not clear the plastic that surrounds it in the base, thus making it difficult to ink up a stamp. Bummer! I'd love to be able to find a decent quality empty ink cube.

I sent off an email to PF yesterday morning, and haven’t heard back. But, I did receive a shipping notice from them today so who knows….I’m going to assume it’s the two cubes, which would be just lovely!

I believe I've heard in the past to use Rubber Cement to reattach an ink pad. My memory could be incorrect, so there's that.
