Well, with this one, we are halfway through SKETCHtember! Here is sketch #15...
Here is my take on it. I am usually not a fan of tiny photos on a big page, but since these were just random photos from my yard last week, I had fun filling all that white space with ink splatters and enamel dots and diecuts left over form my scrappy adventures LAST fall.
And now it is YOUR turn! Interpret this any way you like, make his one or two or more pages, maybe turn this sketch into a card, but above all, have FUN!

So here is my sketch #15. I was excited to make this page. I went looking for the business card that had the name of the butterfly on the back. Could I find it? Nope,  . But a little research I actually found it! Yeah, google.
Glitter washi tape, a confetti die of butterflies cut from a practice sheet, stamped butterflies from a Hot Off the Press, and shading done with an ink dauber. It is like a giant Birthday card commemorating my gift from my Mom and Dad. I had only used the HOTP butterfly stamp set once before. I am really please with the result. With another butterfly layout to do for this album I want the butterflies to different. With this layout I am half-way through Sketchtember!

My page is done, but I put it in timeout after I spilled a bottle of Mister Huey's mist on my pants (but not my layout.) I will post it later. I liked how simple this layout is |

This wasn't the sketch I pulled for these photos but the other one just wasn't working so this was plan B and I think it turned out ok. Splatters are distress spray flicked on with a paintbrush  |

Thanks for playing with this one, Linda. Love how the paw prints and hearts tumble down the page. Did you stamp those prints, or just let your kitty walk through an ink pad and then across your page  ? In fact, I am LOVING all the different tumbling shapes! So far we have leaves, butterflies, droplets and paw prints/hearts! |
