I have seen some of the trailers, and yes, it looks interesting.
From what I can tell, it picks up his life after the deaths of Shannon and Kelly and how he got his start at NIS.
Mike Franks seems to be a prominent character as well.
I am really looking forward to it. DH is glad for an NCIS that I can't spoil the moment it comes on by telling him the name of the episode, what season, the plot line, who is the bad guy and how they catch them.
