Today her profile on Instagram showed up on my feed. I sure miss her. She would be amazing right about now and as per her final words I am very nice to my postie.

I code pathology and immunology cases and every time I have one with adrenal cancer I think about her and how she fought. I loved her perspective and how she made her strong viewpoints without being mean. I’d love to have her around for the mad chaos now. She was a trip and I hope her boys are doing well.

I miss her, too. Such a terrible loss for her family and for all of us in her 2peas family.

I think of Compwalla and her remote control every time I'm in a waiting room with a tv. Always gives me a little chuckle to remember her posting about changing the channel in the waiting room if it was something political she didn't like.

She was feisty! I remember her coming in hot when there was some heated debate but she was always rational and calm with a little spice.

Always gives me a little chuckle to remember her posting about changing the channel in the waiting room if it was something political she didn't like. I remember thinking it was so funny and some people posting that it was so awful. I still think it was funny - no harm political mischief. Compwalla was one of my faves - smart, funny, and talented.

Seeing her name really took me back. She was a good one and she fought hard. I’ve been here a very long time and sometimes I can’t believe the Peas we have lost. 🙁

We were sort of mortal enemies and knew each other from somewhere besides this (Two Peas) place. I kept a low profile here while she was fighting her last battle because the last thing I wanted her to think about was me, and I thought that was the very least I could do out of respect to her terrible road. I kept up with it and felt such sorrow at the gutwrenching unfairness of her having to leave her boys far too soon. I think of her fairly often and always, always when the Adele song "Remedy" comes up on my playlist.

I don't think you were at any of the retreats where I met her.

I wish I had gotten to meet her --- she lives close to me and I didn't realize it until she was way too sick. I do think of her and what she would be saying about the election. LOL
