So you may remember my daughter is studying abroad in London (Westminster University) this year. Today is her first day of classes.
Her first class is "Race, Politics and Activism in the United States." She's one of two Americans in the entire class. I cannot WAIT to hear about this!!
She's about as liberal as they come (and already got her absentee ballot) - it will be very interesting to hear the rest of the class' opinions/views as well.

Here's hoping she can hold her own. But she has the opportunity to hear from a diverse group from all over!

Indeed this should be interesting. She might need a bit of tough skin for this class, particularly if the other American student is conservative.
I hope you will share her insights from the class, if she is okay with that.

This might be a good way to learn exactly how most of the world outside of the US thinks about the US. Please share what she finds out!

What an interesting topic. The class should be glad to have an actual US citizen involved.

I'm curious if it is a history of current events class. Keep us posted!

Yes, as the others said, please keep us posted. I'm very curious to hear the "ah-ha" moments both from the professor and the other students.

I don’t think that is a class I would like to take in another country, for a variety of reasons. I hope it goes well for her.
