Sorry for your loss. {{{Hugs}}} Will the sister have to buy the brothers out? Nope, they are just going to sign the house over to her... May you and your DH find peace and comfort... ETA: is the estate paying taxes and stuff, if due, for your DH and his brother..?? And any other expenses due..? Do you mean for the house? I assume SIL would pay for that, but I will have to ask DH. |

Ok... Just make sure SHE pays any taxes and cost from the house, before she takes possession.. your DH and his brother are giving her a very large gift!! The exception is if it listed to them in a will.. Bridget in MD |
