We don't have either here in Alberta ... it sucks! You don’t even have Whole Foods? I don’t know who shops there because the store is always empty when I got in (1x year). I am not sure what to buy other than chocolate mousse? Nope!

To clarify---I know stretching and exercising are GREAT! I also know the amount of time I sit and writhe in pain is NOT good. So I start doing all the things I learned in PT, and *many* times, it just makes the pain worse. It's just a vicious cycle! Check with your doctor of course but in my experience, PT can be more painful at first because you're working muscles and moving joints that you aren't used to doing and there's going to be some pain/aches associated with that as they get used to moving again. That said - sharp, acute pain is something to have checked out. I'm sorry you're in so much pain - and I hope the PT exercises and stretches do end up helping

Feeling very grateful tonight - heard chainsaws and looked out - there were two men cutting up the tree blocking my driveway. My neighbours had cut up some of it but their chainsaws couldn't handle the thicker parts. I had figured we would have to call our tree service and pay $$$ to have them cut it up and remove it as our chain saw is small and electric (battery) and if the neighbours bigger gas-powered couldn't get through...ours wasn't going to. No idea who they were. I went out and thanked them. No company logos on their truck but they did have hi-vis vests and hard hats and big chainsaws.

Happy Sunday! Hope you all are having a nice day. Tonight, we are getting Panda Express. I like the mushroom chicken bowl. I wish I could get the orange chicken but it is a little spicy for me. But it is so delicious!

karenlou, that was so sweet of your vet’s office. Again, I’m sorry about the loss of Gracie. The reason I was wondering about cheese on sloppy joes was because none of the recipes I’ve seen lately include cheese. But I’ve always used it.

Enjoy your speed dating leannec . That's such a brave thing to do! I'm an old married lady but if I was single I'd totally go with you because it sounds like fun. To me it sounds like my absolute worst nightmare! I would be terrified. Tearisci that quiche sounds divine! I'm not great at making quiches, they never seem to be smooth and creamy enough. But I love to eat them. One of my very favorite pastas is with bacon, butternut squash and parmesan shavings. That, but risotto. Oh, and goat cheese. cadoodlebug I love the idea of that bird app. Do you have to pay for it? I will have to see if it can identify Australian native birds. I did download a similar app, but when I realised that you have to pay for it, I deleted it. I mean, I'd like to know whether that birdsong is coming from an Eastern Rosella or a Crimson Rosella or a Rainbow Lorikeet, but not enough to pay for the knowledge! Good Afternoon Dinner Peeps...I read yesterdays thread, and I have to say I just get completely overwhelmed when it goes to page 2...THEN it goes to three and I just can't🤣🤣 Hahaha, I have to admit that there have been days when I have seen that the thread is already onto the second page, and think to myself I just can't today. And seeing that I log in about nine hours after it has been posted, it's often at two pages. And then there are days when I have more time and/or energy, and I end up writing a long post (like today) thus contributing to the two or three pager! scrappintoee I hope that the swimming helps your pain this time, instead of contributing to it. kellyr21 we don't have Panda Express here. My MIL once made the orange chicken, and I absolutely loved it. When she told me it was a Panda Express recipe, I could understand why everyone there raves about it. Dinner - we planned to go out for dinner with friends to one of our normal Vietnamese restaurants. When we got there it was closed, so we went across the road to the Malaysian Hawkers Kitchen instead. All four of us chose a starter and a main each, then we shared everything. It was all so delicious.

My dad decided he wants a ham sandwich for dinner so I will have smoked salmon with cream cheese. He thought I should make a hamburger. Yeah, no. Not for just me, thanks.

After you download it, you add a *pack* for your area so it knows which birds it's looking for. Funny thing is, I rarely see the birds but can hear them.

That's funny...I get excited when I see a 3 page thread...I just love hearing about everyone's stuff and it seems when it gets long it is more chatty with each other. We should do a dinner gang zoom some time. If anyone is interested I could set it up. We had a big day...work, 2 orchards, lots if goodies. We just ordered a pizza bc I was missing one thing for my chicken pot pie. We did get the fritters and they were TO DIE FOR. I remember the first time we ordered them and I was expecting a donut type thing with the chunks of apple and a glaze. NOPE. They cut an apple into 6 wedges and batter it, fry it, and roll it around in cinnamon sugar and it forms a crust on the apple, which isn't mush inside...it still had a little bit of bite. Then you can get either caramel or chocolate sauce. The caramel sauce. Oh, my....... Probably one of the best things I've ever out in my mouth! Hope your gathering went great, jeremysgirl. And how was speed dating, leannec? Inquiring minds want to know! Please tell me there were some decent ones. Or at least some good stories?? Wishing everyone the best...sweet dreams!

I love anything apple & cinnamon and this sounds so much better than the apple fritters I already love. Thanks for sharing the photo, too. I always assume when a thread goes multiple pages, especially more than 3, a fun tangent is underway.

Happy Sunday! I'm making brunch for my family and we're having caramelized onion, bacon and gruyere quiche along with Fisher fair scones. Everyone will probably be here by 12:15-12:30 after church. I'm doing some of the prep work early and it smells so good in my house! There's something about cooked onions that I just love. I'm making this for breakfast tomorrow! I get so tired of trying to figure out different things to make for breakfast.

When she told me it was a Panda Express recipe, I could understand why everyone there raves about it. I have had my share of orange chicken over the years and theirs is some of the best. I also like Trader Joe's frozen version. Do you all have Trader Joes? It is a healthier grocery store that is quite popular here.
