I'm thinking of adding a couple more so I was curious.
Bonus if you can give a review of what you have.

Haha, I have 9 of the ones you listed. In my defense, ESPN+ and Discovery+ are both included with bundles, so I don’t think we’d have either of those otherwise.
We have a big family and use all of them.
ETA Hulu/Disney+/ESPN+ is one bundle, and HBOMax/Discovery+ is the other.

Britbox is a favorite, permanent, as well as Netflix and peacock. And prime. My kids watch Netflix all the time, as well as peacock, I watch here and there. Britbox has all my favorite British tv. We also have Paramount plus right now, on special. We will pick services up here and there to try. We be had Starz and Acorn, Masterpiece, too. I like all of them for different reasons.

I have a lot of streaming services but use most of them. The one I don't use is Amazon Prime but that comes with Prime membership so I don't pay extra for that.
I would say the two I use the most are Max and Netflix. I watch a lot of HGTV and Food Network and they are both on Max so I stream a lot of those shows.
I will probably cancel Hulu after Only Murders In the Building ends. I don't use it very much.

I have ESPN+and Disney+ bundled with Hulu Live.
I used to have Acorn through my Prime channels but I didn't watch it often enough. I have Paramount+, Starz, PBS Masterpiece, and PBS Documentaries through Prime channels. You can get many channels through Prime and they are easy to cancel if you no longer want them.
I also have Netflix, Apple TV, and Peacock.
We have HBOMax free through Verizon w/my husband's phone plan. It also includes other programming such as Discovery and TCM, etc but they're limited and not the same as the + versions.
Honestly I could do without Hulu Live but I keep it for TCM (the full version where I can get all the movies plus the Live versions). I keep Peacock for the Housewives.

ESPN+ during football and basketball season only
I’m real good about going in and out of services as things come on/ done with it for now

We get HBO Max for free with our Frontier account.
My favorite is Discovery + because of all the cooking shows.
We are canceling Paramount+. Not really used.

I used to have a lot but now I rotate. I keep a list in my phone. For example, the next time I get Hulu I need to watch Handmaid's Tale and Only Murderers in the Building. They make it easy enough to join/cancel at this point I don't feel like I need to have them all at once.

I only have 3 right now. I have Peacock, mostly because of the Office and the extended Office episodes. I like NBC comedies quite a bit.
I'm a British/Australian/New Zealand tv nut, so I have both BritBox and Acorn. 90% of my viewing is on those two channels.
I'm thinking about Hulu and Disney+. Evidently you can get that in a bundle, so I think that is my next move.

I have package with Xfinity (cable & internet) so I get Max and Peacock as part of the package. I subscribe to Netflix. I have Hulu because of that 99 cent offer from last Christmas. I have Amazon Prime. I used to have Disney and Paramount but dropped them cause I rarely watch.
Netflix is my 'must have' cause I enjoy Kdramas and documentaries. Hulu is better than I expected, but I'm not sure if I will keep it when the 99 cent offer is over.
Since I have xfinity cable, I DVR my live shows. So I don't need the compatible streaming services to watch missed episodes.

We have 7 of the ones listed. We are with Xfinity and get some of them through that service, the rest we get from DS.

We have 9! of them, but Britbox and Acorn are through Prime. Disney is I think bundled with something and we got it for the Star Wars content for DS.
ETA: I personally never watch Paramount+. I am tearing through police procedurals on Britbox, so that accounts for the majority of my viewing. I think Apple has the most high quality, unique series: e.g. Slow Horses, Drops of Heaven, Sugar. I keep Hulu for Only Murders in the Building and The Handmaid's Tale. We get Prime with our Prime membership, but pay extra for Britbox and Acorn. Max and Showtime are also sporadic-Hacks and House of the Dragon. I don't think I've watched anything on Showtime in a while.

We have six on the list. We have a Roku Stick, so we added YouTube (not YouTube TV so it's free) just to watch random videos, Tubi, Freevee & Philo and through Roku I have Discovery+. We also have local news stations that we have added that provide free content.

We have 9 of them. Acorn, BritBox and Paramount+ are through my Amazon acct. I buy in for a separate account with ODS Netflix account. The Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN are bundled.
We also have Dish as I can't quite get DH to cut the cord. He pretty much only watches that and I pretty much only watch streaming channels. My kids are streaming only.

Too many, but I go through periodically and turn off the ones we’re not using … only to turn them on again when they have something I want to watch.

We have 8 of those listed. I use Apple and Prime the most, mostly because we have Paramount, Britbox and Discovery+ through Prime. Every time I think about dropping one, a new season of something comes out that I want to see, like GBBO on Netflix.
My YA would put Hulu at the top of their must keep list. DD had a Disney subscription but let it go this month.
The only thing we have missed going 100% streaming is some sports. No Monday Night Football here, but we can watch enough other games to deal with the limitations. And we have no desire to pay for another streaming services.

I'm a "stream this service for a month or two, stream that service for a month or two" girl. I have a $20 digital antenna and am fortunate that with my location (top of a tall hill with open sight lines) I am able to get the 3 networks, as well as about 45 other stations. During most of the nicer weather months when I watch very little TV, I don't stream anything. Then I'll add X service for a month or two during the fall/winter to watch something specific, then cancel and stream Y service for a month or two to specifically watch something else. I got a bee in my bonnet recently (yes I'm aging myself with that phrase) to find LA Law after all these years. It's on Hulu, so I'm currently paying the lowest price plan (with commercials). I've been watching an episode almost every night as I curl up in bed. Some of the dialogue does NOT hold up 35 years later, but for the most part they were on the "left" side of social matters so there's that. Oh and also, Harry Hamlin is still as yummy as I remembered after all this time I almost forgot, I have HBO Max (free with our phone plan), but I can't remember the last time I watched anything on it. Does anyone have any highly recommended suggestions (without me having to wade through the streaming thread)? Or for Hulu since I have that right now as well. Anyhow, I don't have any of the others, and I'm not a Prime girl (except when they give me a free month which is once or twice a year).

I have Youtubetv and love it. Cheaper and better than cable or satellite. I also have Peacock because I like to watch paw patrol live and they’re the only one that carry the channel it’s on.

We turn our streaming services on and off based on whether or not any given one has anything we want to watch.
But, the services we use, either all of the time, or a few months a year are Paramount, Peacock, PBS Passport, Netflix, Disney, Amazon, Curiosity Stream, plus YouTube (free version w/ads), and the free Roku offerings.
We keep PBS and Curiosity Stream all year long. DH enjoys C.S. and I love PBS. Both of these are very inexpensive.
We keep the free YouTube (which my kids like best) and Roku (again, I watch that most of anyone) all year long as well. One thing about Roku---they will often offer just one sample episode of a show, then try to sell you the streaming service that offers it, or a few seasons, but then not the last one.
Peacock & Paramount we keep when there are shows running that we enjoy. So we pay for Paramount the months when the new shows are running. If Amazing Race runs at a different time, then we put it on for that, as well. We found that (2 years ago) when we tried using the less expensive version of Paramount it would freeze up mid-show when the ads played. So last year we opted for the version with no ads or ads only at the beginning--I don't recall which.
Netflix, Prime, & Disney we turn on from October through the end of January. Those 4 months are when we watch TV & movies more than any other time.
We may keep one of them until March, if we want the option of movie nights up until summer, when we tend to go back to just Curiosity Stream & PBS again.
We've considered Britbox & Acorn, but we get so much British TV on Amazon, Netflix, PBS, YouTube, & Roku that we've never run out of things to watch to finally say "Okay, we'll try one now."
(We do not have cable or local TV stations.)

WE have a Roku device attached to the TV, which gets service via Direct TV.
We use the PBS streaming, and just yesterday I added Pluto because we wanted to watch something.
Pluto has lots of what they call "Classical TV shows" which are very old TV series. (not what I was after, but someone here might want to watch them.)
I don't really want to pay for more TV as we are paying enough as it is. I only watch what is offered for free streaming. I may have to drop Netflix and go for either Brit Box or Acorn.

I have the Disney+, Hulu, ESPN Bundle. My 4 year old granddaughter lives with us so I have Disney for her. I don't know that we will keep the bundle once she moves out. I do watch some Hulu. I do watch some ESPN +.
Just got Peacock for a deal. $2.99 a month for 6 months. It looks like they have a nice line up of shows and movies. I can also watch NBC shows if I missed them on my Youtube+.
Max is my favorite because I like the HBO shows, but it is expensive.
I will keep Prime because free shipping. Also good programming.
Apple+ I have as a bundle with other Apple products. Cheaper to bundle than subscribe to 2 individually. Plus: I love Ted Lasso and Shrinking.

I have a lot too, and as nutty as it sounds it was giving me some anxiety because I could not possibly watch everything I want to on all these services that I have. I have some free, some paid, some bundled with other things. I am really spending significantly less than when I had direct TV obviously but it was still bothering me. I cut a couple, and then just tried to tell myself that there is no pressure to watch these things, they are opportunities. Anyway now that you know I am crazy I also have Youtube Premium (not youtube tv, just commercial free youtube) and I just added Hallmark plus because I want to watch the chicken sisters show.

I try to only have 1 or 2 streaming services at a time because we just don’t watch that much tv. We currently have Prime and Netflix. So I’ll watch a series for a series and then switch. We moved a year ago and got a good deal on cable, so we do have that. I’m waiting to see what October’s fee is before I decide if I’m keeping it or switching to Paramount+ to watch Survivor and The Amazing Race.
