We have Hulu Live, which includes Disney Plus and ESPN Plus. I dont know that we would have those 2 is we were paying extra for them. We also have Netflix and Prime. I pay for my mom's Britbox subscription.
Im satisified with what we have. Im certainly not going to sign up for every niche streaming service there is.

I signed up for Hulu/Disney+/ESPN+ today. And then spent most of the afternoon going through all of the shows on their site and putting them on my watchlist. I think there is quite a bit of things I'll watch on them.

I'm a "stream this service for a month or two, stream that service for a month or two" girl. I have a $20 digital antenna and am fortunate that with my location (top of a tall hill with open sight lines) I am able to get the 3 networks, as well as about 45 other stations. During most of the nicer weather months when I watch very little TV, I don't stream anything. Then I'll add X service for a month or two during the fall/winter to watch something specific, then cancel and stream Y service for a month or two to specifically watch something else. I got a bee in my bonnet recently (yes I'm aging myself with that phrase) to find LA Law after all these years. It's on Hulu, so I'm currently paying the lowest price plan (with commercials). I've been watching an episode almost every night as I curl up in bed. Some of the dialogue does NOT hold up 35 years later, but for the most part they were on the "left" side of social matters so there's that. Oh and also, Harry Hamlin is still as yummy as I remembered after all this time I almost forgot, I have HBO Max (free with our phone plan), but I can't remember the last time I watched anything on it. Does anyone have any highly recommended suggestions (without me having to wade through the streaming thread)? Or for Hulu since I have that right now as well. Anyhow, I don't have any of the others, and I'm not a Prime girl (except when they give me a free month which is once or twice a year). My Brilliant Friend! So good. I just googles, it sounds brilliant...friend And I like that it's on it's 4th and final season. Very doable. Thanks!

We have Peacock through our Comcast/Xfinity internet subscription. I don't use it often, but my BIL and DH do. We have Netflix through our phone plan. That one I use often. But I don't think DH or BIL do. I pay for Disney+, which I use from time to time, but my DD uses it quite a bit. And I pay for Discovery, but I'm considering dropping it because I hardly use it. I also pay for Amazon Prime (but not the premium pkg). BIL pays for ESPN+ and YouTubeTV because sports.
We do not have HBO Max or Paramount, but if we did, I might use those more than Discovery. Same with Hulu. But I just don't want to pay for yet another service.

I have too many. Netflix is free thru T-Mobile so that doesn't really count. I use Hulu & Max a lot for rewatching old TV shows and the few current shows I watch (on Hulu). I like Peacock for some different offerings but the recent price increase is making me think twice about keeping once I know we won't need it for football games. I go in spurts with Disney+ and Paramount Plus but never get around to canceling/pausing. We have Amazon Prime but rarely watch it.

The only other one I have, in addition to the ones I checked off on your poll, is the Hallmark Movie Channel. Don't judge me; I love it. lol

We keep Hulu with ads all the time.
We alternate between Netflix, Prime and now HBO Max. We will soon switch from Max back to Netflix as there are some things coming in October we want to catch up on. Personally there's never been much on Prime for me. Mrs. Maisel and Downton were by far the best things they ever had. I've really enjoyed HBO Max. Some things haven't been winners but there is enough good stuff that it has been well worth it.
I keep Hulu to watch General Hospital and the ABC dramas. I've watched a number of older dramas on Hulu as well. I'm a TV person. I never watch movies.

I have the following:
Apple TV - I’m going to cancel this after I have watched Morning Wars. There’s nothing I really want to watch on it, and the things that I do want to watch, I have to pay for, on top of my subscription. It’s a total waste of money IMO. I’ve only got it because I had three months free when I got me new phone, and I just never got around to cancelling it.
Netflix - I watch a reasonable amount on Netflix, and if I had to choose between the four streaming services that I have, it would be Netflix.
Paramount+ - I don’t watch much on this, but what I have watched has been good.
Prime - As above. If I had to choose between Paramount+ and Prime, I would keep Prime.
I also have Foxtel, which is Australia’s Pay TV service. It is by far the best out of all the services I pay for. DSO and I watch it far more than anything else. It is quite expensive though- our package costs me about $100 per month. This allows me to record up to three programs at once. I would give up everything else before I’d give up Foxtel.
We also had Stan, which wasn’t on the list, because I think it’s an Australian only streaming service. DD was paying for it, and she cancelled it. There wasn’t really enough on there for me to want to pay for yet another subscription.

We have: Netflix Hulu/Max/Disney+ Peacock Prime/Paramount/Starz AppleTV (free with a couple of phones but we won't keep it when it expires) Hallmark Vudu
It's so interesting to see what people prefer. I saw someone say they don't use Paramount much, but it's our most used next to Netflix.

I watch a lot of PBS, which you don’t have in the list, followed by Netflix and Max.

We pay for Sling Blue and Amazon Prime, although Prime is not really for video. For free, we have Samsung TV Plus, Roku, Tubi and local stations thru a digital antenna.

I have Prime Netflix Hulu/Disney+/Max bundle Apple+ Paramount+ (I think this subscription is about to run out) BritBox (Just did a 2 month deal so I could watch Time) DirectTV Stream (I want to cancel this for a bit, but I'm grandfathered in a on deal they don't offer anymore and if I cancel, I can't get it back. And it's cheaper than any other live streaming service.) Certain times of the year I get Peacock so I can watch bike races.

We have Hulu/Disney, peacock that were BF deals. I’m hoping they have deals again this year. Who knows though with all the changes they keep making. Hulu/Disney I won’t keep unless it’s a deal. Paramount+ is the one I watch the most along with Netflix. We also have prime. I will add a few channels to that when they have a good deal for 2 months. I’m hoping for a good deal on prime days I want to sub to PBS masterpiece and AMC+. I also want to sub to apple for a few months but haven’t seen a deal on that in a while. I have more than enough to watch but there are a few shows on services we don’t have. Oh I think there were a few shows on Max I was curious about.

I absolutely cannot live without my Prime! Well, I can but it wouldn't be fun . DH is a big Netflix fan and we use Hulu for regular TV. We've also been watching a lot of (free) YouTube videos lately, especially on gardening and cooking.

We have Spectrum as our internet provider and we pay for their streaming TV. It gives local channels that we can record as well as the ability to select some other channels. We rarely watch any of the others. On weekends, the kids watch movies on Amazon Prime. We refuse to add other streaming subscriptions so we are stuck with these choices. We also have a Roku device and occasionally find something there to watch. So many subscription services of all kinds - music, TV, alarm system, phones, educational apps, iCloud storage, apple care, kids’ news program, it’s never ending.

We currently have MAX, Amazon Plus, Hulu, Paramount Plus, and Apple TV. We were long-time Netflix members coming over from our original DVD membership as early adopters. We just dropped it last month.
Between the recent price hikes for the ad-free version and the drop to only two devices, combined with what we were actually watching on Netflix, it just wasn't worth it anymore. We still carry cable because getting football and other cable networks we watch, plus the streaming services to cover that, would cost more than carrying cable and the streaming services we currently carry. At $23/month, Netflix outpriced itself for us.
We also cut back on cable networks and dropped digital recording and replay.
ETA: We also have ad-free YouTube, which is worth it's weight in gold.
