For those who had orders held at ACOT, how long did it take for your items to ship out? I am on day 3 and it is still processing. I have 4 orders. 2 very small (1 and 3 items, and 2 larger ones). Typically if I place an order for in stock items, it ships out next day.
Did it take a few days for your orders to ship out?

I don't know how to tag Matt at ACOT, but if you tag him, maybe he can provide the answer.
I would like to know as well (I am about $10-ish away from meeting the shipping minimum). There's nothing I currently want, so I am patiently waiting to see what new pre-orders are posted.

Sorry, we had a whole bunch of pre-orders released at once at the end of last week and it took a couple days to get caught up (we're back to normal now). Released held orders have the same priority as other orders placed that day, so they should usually ship out no later than the next business day.

My orders included pre-order items, so I had to wait for the pre-order items to come in, so I don't know how long it might have been otherwise.

Shipped out Wednesday and arrived today! 😊 It was fun going through everything Very exciting! How many orders did you have, when you released your hold? 4 orders. Released it Monday. Shipped Wednesday. Arrived Friday. I was at half off shipping when I released it and upgraded it to USPS priority at $20. It was a heavy box. Lots of paper and then one of GH's new Halloween dies (the witch). |

I haven’t tried this yet but I will in the future. For me the orders take a while to get here due to my being in SoCal and their being in Michigan. I probably wouldn’t have noticed.

I am in southern CA as well. My orders almost always come 2 days. once in a blue moon it will be 3 days. I always choose USPS priority. I once tried EdEx and my order was ruined. Thankfully ACOT replaced it all and shipped it USPS. |

The last few ACOT orders have come a little faster the last few times. Where I live UPS and FedEx hand off orders to USPS so that may be the glitch.
