Remember the thread about you can’t sue Disney if you had Disney+? Well, apparently you can’t sue Uber if you have used Uber Eats. A couple was in a Uber car that ran a red light. The couple was badly injured in the resulting accident. But, because their daughter had used Uber Eats on the mom’s Uber account, they basically waived all rights to sue Uber. How ridiculous! If a person is using a company car provides by the company for company use them you can sue the company who holds the insurance.
