Have any of you purchased scrapbookcustoms.com papers? If so, can you tell me what the paper is like? Is it kind of slick and a little shiny/has a sheen to it, or is it more of a matte finish? They have a bunch of papers I can use for my Italy album but if the paper is on the shinier side, I don't want to buy it.

The papers I have gotten from them were indeed a little shiny/slippery. But, I don't know if they are all like that.

Some of their papers are shiny and some of them are matte. I don't care for their shiny papers, but have purchased several of their matte papers. Maybe contact the company and ask about the papers you are interested in. They were previously known as Stamping Station if that helps.

I have birthday and travel papers from them and they are all shiny… not my favourite but inside a pocket you can’t really tell and I print my journaling so I’m not trying to write on them.

I have used several Scrapbook Customs papers. Many are a bit shiny and slick, but others a slightly more matte. Their designs are cohesive and allow you to create great themed or travel scrapbook pages. I used many of the ones from a LSS in Las Vegas and I looked the look. Also used a Hawaii collection on a travel album.
It's also worth it to note IF you have a really special occasion, you can special order paper to fit the occasion like graduation from a particular HS in the school colors.
It is all nice heavy weight cardstock.

I'm unfamiliar with Scrapbook Customs paper. Like you, I avoid glossy/slick papers so I will add Scrapbook Customs to the list (in this thread)! TFS.

Thanks everyone! I ended up ordering a bunch from there, a lot of things that I've been looking for but haven't been able to find (looking at you Alaskan Cruise!). I'll let you know when I get my order.

All of them that I’ve seen in person are that gross glossy-ish finish. I was wondering the same thing about the Scrap Your Trip papers?
