Which was on Pinterest, and traced back to 4x6 Photo Sketch Blog. It did not have an example of the layout as an actual finished page. I think I read somewhere on there the blog creator was a Pea though. It's a pretty simple sketch, with open interpretation embellishment placement
And my interpretation:

I take a lot of scenery photos when on vacation and then when I go to scrap the trip I don't know what to do with them... the answer is put them all on one layout, with yellow butterfly paper
