I have some random craft/scrap supplies that didn't sell at my LSS flea market and I was thinking about selling them as a lot on eBay, but decided to see how Mercari is for selling stuff. I've only purchased from there and it's been good, but I was wondering what it's like to sell through there.

I'm pretty sure some Peas have and hopefully will chime in.
I have the best luck on FB in B/S/T groups, either by brand or crafty category.

I have not sold on Mercarti but I have bought before. I, too, have great success in FB scrapbook resale groups and marketplace.

I've sold a lot of stuff on Mercari after trying the LSS yard sale route. The app, IMO, is really user friendly. And it's easy to transfer the proceeds out of Mercari to your bank.
When listing, give a good description and include lots of photos. Use a scale so you can get an accurate weight for shipping. Some items I didn't think were worth the shipping cost alone, so I bundled them.
Most all of my items were used so I priced it to sell (what I would pay if I were buying) and not to make money. I just wanted it out.
If you have specific questions PM me.
I wish I had tried Mercari before the LSS sale, because of course I had to pay to sell and they take a cut of the profit. The part that I hated the most was that I had to use the proceeds at the LSS. And it was a lot of work to package everything correctly.

GiantsFan - thank you for the great info! After this last flea market sale, I will not be doing that again because I had a similar experience (you only get a "coupon" - they don't call it a gift certificate because in California gift certificates don't have an expiration date, but a coupon does and they didn't want those outstanding gift card balances hanging around forever on their books, if you lost the "coupon" they didn't track it so you would be out of luck, plus some other semi-shady stuff I didn't like). I'll probably try and sell on FB groups and may post some stuff here too.
