Who do you think will win? Harris or the idiot?
At this point I have very little faith the voters of this country doing the right thing for our country so I expect the idiot will win. Sadly

Your prediction explains to me all the posts you do. I believe it will be Harris.

I’m still optimistic we’ll see Madam President. Biden beat him in 2020 and that’s before all the insurrection, stop the steal, rigged election BS. (Insurrection isn’t BS by any means but I couldn’t think of another term ).
I might be naive but I hope there are more decent, normal people in the country than the MAGA crowd. They’re just louder and trashier so they stand out but the rest of us just staying quiet and showing up to vote will have a huge impact.

I know who I want to win. Who I think will win is still too close for me to say. And I rather not say and jinx it.

I went on vacation thinking Harris would win a squeaker. Then with the "Billionaires with no Spines" nonsense, I was starting to brace myself for a Trump victory. After the Puerto Rico slurs I really have no clue! It is close enough to the election, and the margins in some states are so tight, it could make a difference.
Because of the expectations of Trump campaign shenanigans, I don't expect we're going to know who won until December. And if the GOP keeps the House, we won't know until January what kind of shenanigans they will try to pull then. So I'm putting myself on social media limitations. I don't plan on watching election night coverage, which is a bummer because I enjoy watching Rachel, Joy, Nicolle and Lawrence.

I wish I could believe Harris will win, but there are a lot of ignorant, hateful humans. Conservatives have been winning across the globe, mainly due to anger over illegal immigration and transgender rights in sports and prison. Democrats are being portrayed as ultra liberal, spending tax money on these issues, and Republicans have stirred the pot with a toxic mixture of hatred and fear.
I believe we won’t know our next president for several weeks and even then this country will remain rigidly divided. I hope I’m wrong.
I’m so sick of the commercials!

I have to believe that it will be Harris/Walz. Yes, there are a lot of people who would vote for the village idiot and his side kick Couch Vance.
But if you look at the last national election. Given how many people are actually eligible to vote, and the amount of people who actually voted, it was just a tad higher than half the eligible voters in this country. Yet idiot lost. Not by as large of a margin as I would hope.
In the previous election, he lost the popular vote, and barely squeaked by with the electoral vote. I can't remember what the percentage of eligible voters were for that election.
I've read so many accounts of people who voted for him in 2016 had learned their lesson and didn't vote for him in 2020. This year, it's even more pronounced. Basically all of his cabinet members have denounced him. Celebrities like Taylor Swift came out and announced their endorsements of Harris. Sure, many of Taylor's fans are underage, but there are still a good amount who are of voting age. The majority of her fans are now football fans and of the Chiefs (ugh) because of her. She has pull.
I don't go by the poll numbers as I've never participated in a poll, nor have any of my friends/family. Yes, that group is small, but I don't think my experience is uncommon. Early voting returns are showing that Democrats are ahead. Not by much, but it is telling, I think.
Gotta have faith.

I am hopeful Harris will win. I watch two mediums on TT and one of them read trump's transits and said he won't lead the lunch line, much less anything of importance, ever again. She also predicted Biden wouldnt be the candidate, and then... he wasn't. Someone asked about JDVance and she said she sees him leaving the country in 2025! But he's persuing financial things. She partners with another medium, an Aussie who has NO dog in the US political arena, and she also claims the same. Now, do I put all my eggs in that basket? No, but I find it extremely interesting. Here is her latest podcast, her name is Laurie Rivers and it's called the Awake Space. www.youtube.com/channel/UCJjyeMty19Gw2UmWB0k3VCgI also follow some people - Dr Arlene Unfiltered www.instagram.com/arleneunfiltered/, and another called The Political Fixer - www.shawnavercher.com/, who discuss the polling and who have studied elections for years. they also feel a Harris win. Now, could I be surrounding myself by all these blue hopefuls? Of course, bc every one of them says do not get comfortable, go out and vote and tell others to vote!

I’m hoping that the people who like how their investments are currently doing will all get out and vote for Harris. I’m hoping that the people who care about their own reproductive freedom or that of their daughters, granddaughters, sisters, nieces, mothers, wives and female friends will all go out and vote for Harris. I hope that people who appreciate democracy and the rule of law all go out and vote for Harris. I hope that people who like nice things, like good schools, Social Security, Medicare, improved roads and bridges and other infrastructure all go out and vote for Harris.
And I hope all of these people combined are more than enough to outnumber the ones voting for the orange menace.

I still remember how shocked I was in 2016 when I realized sometime around 2am that Trump was the winner. I am truly afraid to make any predictions. I know who I hope will win but I have had a couple of nasty surprises with some people I know declaring themselves pro Trump so I truly don’t know.

I'm feeling optimistic that people will turn out for abortion. Early voting looks promising, too. And because its so close, I'm hoping that will motivate people to vote. A high turnout will probably work in Harris' favor. It seems like women are voting for Harris, but it's hard to know with any certainty.

Honestly it’s just like waiting for Hurricane Milton. First it a Cat 3, then Cat 5, then back down to Cat 4, then it’s turning north and slowing down, then speeding up, etc, etc, etc for days on end. I was exhausted when it was finally over and I will be exhausted when this is over. I plan to camp out in the family room all night to wait for (hopefully) the good news.

The person you are calling an idiot is a past President of the United States. No other country would ever speak about a leader in this fashion, even if they did not like him. Being disrespectful is nothing to be proud of. You could ask your question with a degrading remark about someone this country elected. You do not have to like him, however, you really missed some key life lessons while growing up.
