I bought PSE 12 today, or rather a download card at Office Depot. I set up my account at Adobe and entered my number and I keep getting an invalid code error. Grrrrr! I bet the girl at the register failed to activate my card. Now, I am going to have to go back tomorrow and have it activated! I live 25 miles from town. I wanted to go to Tulsa tomorrow and town is 25 miles in the other direction! I am not happy! Plus, I wanted to play with it this evening. I have never used it before so there will be a learning curve for me.

Try calling first--they may be able to activate it over the phone since the bar code would still have a corresponding # under it.

Oh that stinks! Hope they can activate it over the phone say you don't have to drive back.
Side note, you will love PSE! It makes editing so nice. Google "free PSE actions". There's a lot of easy actions out there to help you quickly edit your photos and have a cohesive look to them. I love some of the actions that I have downloaded.

Turns out there was a digit missing on the redeem code. There was just a dot there. So we decided it was a 4, put it in and it worked! Downloading now! It is a slow down load. Tapping my toe!!

Is there no way to download and save those videos on your hard drive? I would love to save them. I am sure I will forget some things until I get comfortable with it.

When do the videos go away? ON July 10? I have one downloaded and saved and will put it on my iPad. I just found the video in my video cache and converted it to MP4.

I love PSE (currently on 9, will upgrade in October when 13 comes out). I hope you are enjoying.
There are threads in the forum on how to download and you've probably found them by now. In case you haven't: I use firefox and there is an add-on app in firefox that I googled and downloaded. In youtube, when you pull up a video there is a download button beside the like buttons. I use mp4 saving settings. I've only checked a couple but they played fine.
