donna was a long time Pea who was taken from us long before her time. Her last scrapbooking effort had been to complete her kids' albums before time ran out. Many Peas, coordinated by jenjie and myboysnme , helped with that project. A Pea we have not heard from in a long while, kiwigirl , set up this challenge to keep DONNA's memory alive. So now we honour Donna's memory by getting our own photos into scrapbooks while WE have time to do that. Each month we set a challenge to get those photos glued onto pages. And we also have a theme Theme for this November DONNA challenge: HUGS!. Got a photo of someone hugging someone, or someone who needs a hug? Going to be gathering with family for Thanksgiving? Maybe you can set up some photos. And it doesn't need to be people hugging people. Think of little ones clutching their stuffies, or people hugging furry family members. Of course this is a natural for card makers--lots of stamps and dies and papers out there featuring hugs. Interpret this challenge any way you like...
This challenge is open to anyone, but if you are a member of a challenge team looking for points: ONE point for EACH photo you scrap in November, 2024, no matter the theme. TEN points for meeting the November Donna theme on your project I have not started this one yet, but hope to have something in the next couple of days.

I still haven't done the October Donna Challenge, and here I am posting my LO for the November challenge already! I had lots of photos that could fit into this category, and I have already scrapped a lot of them. So I just went through all of my old Mother's Day and Father's Day photos and found these ones.

I have the photo I want to use for this challenge, but not the paper. I might have to use scraps. I need to go shopping my red paper stash is very low.

What a cool LO, AussieMeg ! So full of loving hugs! And thanks for sharing it to serve as a sample for this challenge. Can't wait to see yours, breetheflea . Isn't it wonderful when you see a challenge and immediately have a plan in mind? Here is my page for this challenge. This boy has had puppy love for this dog since she WAS a puppy a couple of years ago. And now they are inseparable. She is just the comfort and warmth he needs when he is feeling a little under the weather... Winter 24-25 cover page by Gramma Dee, on Flickr

XOXO by BreeTheFlea, on Flickr My page. I really wanted to use a red heart background paper for this, and I don't have one... I made a background from scraps instead. DS and his friend.

AussieMeg - perfect photos for this challenge and I always love blues and yellows together. grammadee - I love that peeking in through a window from a wintery outside layout! breetheflea - I agree with grammadee - love the patched together background - it does indeed feel like a quilt. Here's mine

Thanks for playing along, Linda! Now that is some big kitty love! My dgd sent pic's of her new kitten, and one of them is of her hugging the little ball of fluff. Haven't printed those, yet.
