Anyone want to share a pic? Buy anything new, or on the hunt and want some online shopping buddies?
I’m in leggings and a hoodie, so no pic from me today! 😂 We’ve got snow on the ground at my house, and I’m wondering if it’s here to stay!
There’s a cashmere sweater I keep eyeing on JCrew. The color I want has been sold out for weeks, and I keep hoping for a restock but I can’t decide if I should just break down and buy it in another color.

Gennifer - I have that same cashmere sweater in same color from J Crew from like 20 years ago - and I still wear it!!
I’ve had my eye on the brushed cashmere sweaters from J Crew. Particularly in the cream color - seems perfect for winter.

Most of my life my clothes have been very cheap, fast-fashion type of stuff. Since I’ve had to rebuild my wardrobe I’m trying to invest in better quality now. |

You would think living in SoCal that I wouldn't have a big need for cashmere sweaters, but I admit, I have loads of them. They are mostly light weight ones. |

I am wearing outdoorsy workwear today - a pair of olive green Dickies carpenter pants, gray tee, and a flannel from Duluth Trading Company.

If y’all are interested in nice cashmere, I purchased this cashmere Cardi at Madewell in the molasses color. It is TDF. I liked it enough to even leave a glowing review for it. Went back and purchased the cobalt on their current sale the other day. By the way, I typically wear a small or extra small at Madewell. I sure wish clothing manufacturers could at least get sizing consistent across their own brand 🤷🏼♀️ |

I’ve been in my Oodie all day today. Would recommend! 😄 But I’m going out to a friend's shortly, and will be wearing my dark navy bootleg jeans, brown leather Chelsea boots (a steal from Vinted), a pale lime Marks & Spencer crew neck cashmere sweater I’ve had for years - cashmere is obviously contagious at the moment!, and a camel jacket I treated myself to for my birthday two weeks ago. I’ve had nothing but compliments every time I’ve worn it. 😊 link |

I'm on the hunt for a white or cream zip up sweater that I'll use more as a jacket. I might try on this one at Talbots next week while I keep looking. I also need shoes to wear with jeans so looking at Oxfords and mules hoping something jumps out at me. Today I'm wearing black jeans with a black/white/tan/bright pink/light pink striped top. |

teddyw Order the cheaper one and return the other to the store. I am wearing long pants this weekend. It is grey and cool because we might get rain. I guess our fall/winter is finally coming.

I had one of those days where I had a closet full of clothes and nothing to wear. We went to an estate sale, lunch, the art museum and then stopped at the hardware store so I didn't want to be too dressed up but that makes a date day for us. The big challenge was weather. The forecast was temps in the 60's but it was already feeling warm so the Chicos jacket I pulled out early was going to be too warm.
I went with a elbow sleeve cardigan I knitted a couple of years ago, aqua tank, black slim pants. I wore tennis shoes for the estate sale and hardware store and black sandals in between. I had a long costume jewelry necklace of my mothers that looked nice with it. I was pretty comfortable temperature wise. Sorry, we didn't take any photos.
This week, I should get back a chest of drawers that is being refinished and relocated to my master bedroom. I'm waiting until it is back to change out my clothes for the season. The goal is to have less clothes spread over more storage so it is easier to find things. We'll see.

I've been wearing shorts and tees around the apartment because it's so dang hot in here. Next week will be actual outfits since we're going on a trip: I even bought a pair of burgundy pants (very unlike me) for one of the days.

We are going to a nice dinner at Cavallo Point - I’m wearing J Crew velvet mini skirt, Sezanne lace blouse and these super cute sparkly heels I have. Happy Saturday night!

I can’t make it back over this weekend. I bet the price changes Monday.
