Here's the debut video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=QxIRQGsqBtsI plan to be back tomorrow with cards, but I figured I'd open the thread and if someone beats me to the (crafting) punch (see what I did there), so be it!

I’ve printed mine but spent my crafty time on a challenge card today. I noticed this one leaves a lot of scraps so I might combine 12x12 for the backgrounds with 6x6 for the skinny strips.

I have experienced a SNAFU with my SLoC and am unlikely to recover prior to leaving on a work trip very early tomorrow morning. Sorry, Peas!

Sorry, terrible lighting and there's a little glare from my lights on the coated paper, but here's a half set using this month's sketch I used some Paper Rose Animal Kingdom paper and paired it with a black and white b-side (a giant compass paper) for 2 cards and a couple of artsy 6x6 papers from a different B&W collection of theirs. All the narrow pieces are from one 6x6 paper. I used an oval to work with my sentiment and experimented with matting the background. I realized that the narrow strips could also be made from patterned branding strips - Paper Rose does coordinating colors with polka dots, and I've been looking for a way to use them... if I have the patience to trim them down. I think I'll need to design a jig of sorts to cut them to 1/2" since my guillotine trimmer doesn't have a line for that measurement and it's tricky to hold coated paper straight. But you know I love to use a scrap! Nov SLOC by jo.blackford, on Flickr

Here’s mine. I didn’t intend to colour my stamped images. I just chose them because they were circles, but then I didn’t like them as black and white.

Those are very cute, justjac! I like sentiments like that with small images. It's a pretty easy lift to color them and adds so much!
