Nothing to see here, I’m sure. Texas Sec of State sent a letter to the DOJ saying that state law prohibits federal monitors in polling places and where votes are being counted. x.com/lonestarleft/status/1852534652264763457?s=46&t=5ZPLoWY3enez0Oe8WYfajwElsewhere, DeSantis made a statement that the same is true in Florida. Is this allowed in a federal election? Can states really keep out federal monitors? Regardless, it stinks to high heaven. What could they possibly have to hide? ETA: the Feds send monitors to Texas every election and no one has mentioned any law prohibiting it. This is very shady. I hope the Biden admin will put its foot down.

It won’t matter if the Biden administration puts its foot down, if this dreadful Supreme Court decides there’s no need for federal monitors after all.

But yeah...nothing to see here...move along... Are you on the Mothers Against Greg Abbott FB group? A couple of women there are saying their college kids have been mysteriously removed from the voter rolls.
