Target has an Electric Make-up Brush Cleaner in what used to be their dollar spot for $5.
I have gone the way of not washing blending brushes after each use, and have enough for one per color family, and seperate dye and pigment ones. But sometimes they just need to be cleaened a little.
I picked this clenaer up today. It runs on batteries. Does not swirl water, just vibrates, but it did get a lot of excess ink out. I am not looking for them to be spotless. Just remove some build up from time to time. And I HATE washing brushes.

I don't think I've washed my brushes since I got them several years ago. I do have separate for Oxides and regular ink, but not even sure if I need to or not. Since I don't wash them that often, getting a brush washer would probably be something I regret later. Sounds like you wash your more often, though. And for that price, why not?

I washed my set 1 time and regret doing so because some of the brushes dried funny.
I just keep gently rubbing the brush on paper till it is either very light in color or no color at all.
