I didn't realize you could use it for Rice Krispie treats. Man, if they still set up the same, then that sounds so much easier than trying to deal with melted marshmallow goop instead! My DH is a Rice Krispy treat snob and insists that making them with fluff is wrong and that it tastes very different than the traditional recipe. I think they're both fine.

I haven't bought any in years and years but, I do have a recipe that uses the fluff, cream cheese, and I think vanilla to make a really tasty dip for fruit.

Unfortunately, the person who most loves Rice Krispie treats at our house is also vegan, and while regular marshmallows have gelatin, which Fluff does not, Fluff does have egg whites I just noted. So we typically buy vegan marshmallows to make the treats and I swear they are even more difficult to stir than the regular ones. But I guess that's what I'll keep doing.

Fruit dip is the only thing I make using it.

In my teens and 20's, I used it to make homemade rice krispie treats. I also went the extra mile and added M&M's or chocolate chips. A sugary delicious goodness.

I can remember using it recipes in the past, but I don’t remember what they were. Probably. Some sort of fudge. Otherwise, I see no use for it now.

Am I the only one who had to look up what a fluffernutter sandwich was? It looks and sounds good, so now I must go buy a jar of marshmallow fluff. I can't believe I deprived my kids growing up. Shh, don't tell them, maybe they will never realize it. Me. I’ve never heard of these. I would soooo make them for my grandkids. Darn it. I would have let them put it on everything. It’s not like I never bought it. It makes easy, breasy delicious fudge.

I've never seen it or tasted it, you can't buy it here. ETA: I just checked the website for the USA Foods store in my town, and they do actually sell it. Maybe I should try it! They have strawberry, vanilla, and original.

I don't love it and I have never bought it. But we did have it in the house growing up. Fluffernutter sandwiches, which I didn't eat. I believe we had it on hot chocolate but I really don't remember. I would prefer the mini-marshmallows.

Yes! I love that stuff. I used to buy it to put on ice cream. The perfect "fluff" thread! Now I am craving it. Marshmallow sundaes with chocolate ice cream- the best. You have to melt the fluff in the microwave just a bit to make it runny. Ooh, great idea!

The occasional pb and fluff sandwich as a kid, a fruit dip with cream cheese, fluff, orange zest but probably haven’t made that in 15 years. I may try a fudge recipe though.

I had some today! We are on our second day of a snowstorm and I came inside from a mile+ walk with the pup. Snow had stopped and it was gorgeous. Came in a made myself some cotton candy hot cocoa and grabbed a spoonful of fluff to add even more sugar to the drink. I can have a jar of it that lasts way past its expiration though. Fun treat to put on Nilla wafers as well.

I have never heard of fluffernutter sandwiches and am tempted to try one. Feel like I am missing out on something. LOL

First you spread spread spread Your bread with peanut butter Add marshmallow Fluff And have a Fluffernutter
Not exclusive to the Northeast. I grew up in Chicago and Fluffernutters were a staple.

I buy it once a year to make fudge because that is the recipe my Grandma used. My family goes absolutely feral for it. (tip: the generic version from Kroger is in a plastic container that is much easier to empty out than the jar that the name brand comes in)
