...to decide how to wrap up the investigation and to close it all down...
Interesting how Biden allowed Durham to finish his investigation without any interference....

No point in prosecuting a man that will never go to prison. We're not being doomsdayers here. We're all just stating facts. Democracy is dying right before our eyes. I'm not saying I'm giving up on our future. But I am saying this will be a fight for change and protecting rights like we have never experienced.

There is still the state case in Georgia and his felony conviction awaiting sentencing in NY. And of course he owes millions of dollars in civil penalties. I'm sure he will try to get out of these as well.

There is still the state case in Georgia and his felony conviction awaiting sentencing in NY. And of course he owes millions of dollars in civil penalties. I'm sure he will try to get out of these as well. I read in Forbes that no matter what he’s sentenced to, he likely wouldn’t have to serve any penalty until after his term is up. And since he’s old, mentally deficient and obviously unhealthy it’s more likely he’ll die before he ever serves a day of his sentence in the New York cases. The GA case is under appeal, and the delays will mean he likely won’t be held accountable there either.
