So this Dad made his daughter's wedding memorable by forgetting her when he walked down the aisle www.bbc.co.uk/news/videos/cje0lqeznnkoDo you have any stories to share that made a wedding stand out in your memory? We had people from a few different countries, they ended up trying to out sing each other in the wee small hours. .

When DH and I got married 16 years ago my littlest was 8. He was DEATHLY afraid of the doves we released. I don't know what he thought was going to happen but he was so afraid of the birds he hid behind us.

That is going to be the sweetest memory! I fainted at dinner after our ceremony. I guess I was pretty overwhelmed!

I have a great picture of all the groomsmen sitting around the kindergarten sunday school room playing poker. they all arrived ready to go.. very early. found a card pack and used up time.
my veil is folded under on every single picture. no one noticed!!! and we were both raging sick.. spent first week of honeymoon being ill.

My flower girl, who was 3 months shy of 4 years old.
After the rehearsal the night before, the bridal party, which included both of her parents, went out for a drink and she went home with her grandparents.
At the wedding, after we all walked up the aisle, she kept trying to get her mom's attention. Mom was trying to ignore her and get her to stop- until she whisper-shouted "Are you guys going to the BAR again today?" She was told no, and the pastor started the service. She immediately told him he shouldn't say Jesus Christ.
At that point, I was dying laughing which was great because it burned off all of the adrenaline and nerves.
