Does anyone have a recommendation for a good workout app? I want something that can build me workouts based upon equipment, time, etc.

I love the Peleton app.
But check out fitness blender (it might be a website not an app)

I've been using Trainwell since July. It's the first 4 + month run of consistent exercising I've ever had. The coach is very responsive and creative in creating workouts based on my requests, abilities and limited workout equipment.

I use the Madeline Moves app. She loads new workouts every week. I have been using it for several year and it is a great workout. I go to the gym mostly, but you can do it at home and she offers swaps if you don't have the equipment she is using. You can sign up for a free week to try it out.
