I just hopped out of the shower, where I was reminiscing and wishing I were back in Prague.
It is a lovely city, and the tremendous gaggle of tourists will be mostly gone. The Prague Castle might be my favorite in Europe, and I've seen a lot.

I was there in 2012 and heading back there in June to see Bruce Springsteen.
Will probably do Hungary and someplace else also.

Have you done a river cruise before? They are wonderful. Also, I'd love to know what you think of your cruise company after your trip! I have taken 3 river cruises with AMA Waterways. Amsterdam to Budapest, Tulip time ~ Netherlands & Belgium,and Amsterdam to Strasbourg. Food was excellent, tours were great and the ambience was great. Small ships make for a great way to see parts of Europe. |
