I refuse to join Threads and have another SM thing, but they keep popping up. One snagged my attention, and I hate that I can't read much.
What can we do now to prepare before D Day? The Thread mentioned putting all important documents on a portable drive.

We are going to renew our passports. Same. Maybe replace some older clothing and shoes that will need to be replaced anyway, since those have been mentioned as things that could have tariffs (or higher tariffs) later. |

nothing. we are keeping a close eye on the market, but we rent, can't leave the country and are born in the US. We follow the law. I have urged all younger relatives who have the means to leave to do so.
