We all have out sticker pet peeves, and themes and images we just won't ever use, but what themes/icons/items do you love to see represented in stickers and/or do you use quite often? I find that between cards, scrapbooking, and Postcrossing I enjoy sticker sheets that have very small stickers sprinkled between the larger ones. Those are fantastic for postcards. I prefer my stickers to not include words unless they are a word or phrase only. So I want my cluster of leaves not to say anything. Some I use quite often: * (directional) arrows * stars in various colors * empty frames * leaves & trees in greens, autumn colors, or snow-covered * acorns & plain pumpkins * basic hearts in various colors * weather related--sun, cloud, snowflakes * balloons in various colors * wrapped gifts in various colors * tea cups / coffee & cocoa mugs * books without a specific theme * general images of envelopes/letters/mail

The sticker designs I use the most are:
Phrase Hearts Arrows (mostly the puffy ones like VB does) Puffy dots (from VB, similar to enamel dots) Cameras Clouds Stars Birthday themed Leaves Flowers (but I mostly use die cuts) Circle or rectangle labels
Sometimes I’ll use Rainbows Map pins

This is the question I ask myself every time we discuss what motifs we dislike, and TBH I don't have an answer. I was looking at fabric for curtain yesterday (spotted some mushrooms there too, lol!) and again, didn't like much of what I saw but I can't actually say what I'd rather see.

Stars, hearts are my go to themes for stickers. I am not a theme scrapper, so I usually have no need for really specific themes (sports, animals, etc). I would love to have more alphabet options ---- ones like Sass a Frass Lass or Basic Grey Cardstock alphabets.

Oh yeah, I totally forgot alpha stickers. I love some nice basic alphabets that you can use on anything.

I often feel this way when trying to make interior decor choices. I really, really know what I don't like, LOL, but it's harder for me to nail down what I want to find instead.

I'm not in the market to buy stickers right now, but when I'm in buying mode, my favorites are journaling block stickers.
But these days, I hardly need those, because I have journaling block stamps that are more versatile -- I can always stamp the color and size I need. So a lot of times, stickers just collect dust.

stars, hearts, arrows, flowers, leaves, mushrooms, butterflies, cameras, filmstrips - basically generic icons that can be used anywhere that the size/colour works
I would also like word/phrase stickers - but again generic stuff...today, this week, love, you did it, Happy Birthday, Happy, beautiful, scenic, oops, uh oh...and some random is, was, of, and...

I do use a lot of words and phrases but not the schmaltzy Echo Park ones. I hate long winded ones and unappealing fonts.

Stickers I use the most... Hearts, stars, and arrows. I am always running out of those b/c I steal them from themed or collection based sticker sheets. Greeting words and phrases for Christmas, Birthday, Anniversary and Sympathy. Images for birthdays and Christmas cake, candles, gifts, poinsettias, Christmas trees, stockings, Santa &/or elves, gingerbread...
Stickers I am always looking for, and grab up when I can: Music notes, guitars, mic's Ranch images--horses, hats, ropes, boots
Others I like to have on hand... gears, clouds & sun, cameras, words and phrases like "Amazing" video game images and sayings--controllers, "Game Over", "Level Up"

I use a lot of: hearts stars arrows cameras tabs butterflies leaves
and would love more:
of those blank circles stickers with the double lined circle inside the circle (I don't know how to explain it...) circa October Afternoon. Yes, it would probably be relatively easy to create my own except I don't have a color printer so all of mine would be a white circle with a black outline.
I would just generally like my sticker sheets to have more icons and less overused sayings and phrases. I HATE when a sticker sheet and all the embellishments sound like the designer just looked up every word, quote, and phrase for that theme and threw it on everything. EP's Harry Potter lines and the word 'magic' on every single thing for instance.

Generic things. Every line has its own stickers that seem to be only used with the rest of the collection. I like to shop my stash and not really a collection scrapper

Personally, I'd rather purchase a diecut pack than a sticker sheet due to its lack of both white outlines/borders & adhesive. For stickers &/or diecuts, I prefer non-themed elements that are NOT adorned by flowers or (trite) sentiments, including: Labels Tabs Tags Borders Asterisks Sparkles Stars Arrows Hearts ...etc. IMHO the closest is Bella Blvd - Doohickey Cardstock Stickers (e.g. My Life 365 - Doohickey), which feature versatile elements in the collection's color scheme (e.g. borders, tabs, photo corners, hearts, stars, geotags, numbers, letters, & words/phrases) & fewer specific themed items than most manufacturers' sticker sheets. ETA: ... and would love more: of those blank circles stickers with the double lined circle inside the circle (I don't know how to explain it...) circa October Afternoon ... I also welcome more round labels (as seen in orange in the upper left corner & green in the middle of the second row from the bottom HERE).

I loved the mini market alphas, too.

More label stickers and I like when it comes with lines! Or not. But great for layering or journaling.
I like big cluster builders like flowers, leaves, trees, etc.
I’m a theme scrapper so of course stickers for my theme.
Hearts, stars.

so regarding labels (circles, squares, fancy scrolled lined and unlined) Nicole Jones 911 has several different colors and sizes as digital downloads in her shop... but she is moving to a new website... she had all the stuff discounted up til the end of Oct but when she opens her new shop, you can get all the labels in multiple colors... Not an affiliate just like her circles and view finders...
I want more flourishes like squiggly lines or sweeping dashes.. not huge but just a little jazz... most of the ones I find are in a metallic and I want just basic colors... but definitely in sticker form because those would be a pain to fussy cut!!! lol

I've posted this list before. I would like sticker words and sayings, at least an 1 inch+ high. Not a fan of tiny stickers.
Shenanigans
Misbehaving
Party of one, two, four, ten, etc..
So this happened
Hanging out
First time for everything
More of this....please!
Whose crazy idea was this?
Night out with friends
Lunch date!
A day out
Now or Never
Unsupervised
Oops!
The time of my life
Life Documented
Guilty Pleasure
Unplanned adventure
Spontaneous
Bad ass!
Checking this off the bucket list
Oh hell yes!
Out and about
Spending time with you is my favorite
My favorite people
Because someone has to be the crazy friend, Aunt, Grandma, Uncle, etc...
Ringmaster of the circus
Wandering along
Serendipity
Still crazy after all these years
This is what memories are made of >>>>
It was them I had the best moments of my life with
Quality time together
Festival
Can't take him-her-them anywhere

I'd absolutely buy a large sticker pack with a bunch of those phrases, ScrapbookMyLife. And if they could surround them with generic stars, arrows, cameras, books, dashes, etc., that would be awesome!

I wouldn't mind some clear background, bold black outlined emoji stickers, too. Small ones I could stick at the end of journaling. I often find myself trying to draw a smiley or winky face at the end of a caption or comment, and it turns out I kind of suck at that.

So, when you talk about stickers, do you mean literal stickers, with the adhesive on the back, or print and cut designs that you glue to your page (like printed ephemera)?
Sorry if it’s a stupid question.

Sorry if it’s a stupid question. I was thinking actual stickers with adhesive, but really, these are images I'd love to see in stickers, chipboard elements, die-cuts, fussy cut print-outs, you name it.

I stopped buying stickers w/adhesive years ago, but I love designs that can be printed and cut with an electronic cutter, then adhered to a page or card.
