This is one of my favorite threads every year. Hopefully, someone hasn’t already started one. Any ideas or suggestions? Favorite places for stocking stuffers would be helpful, too
A few things I’ve given in the past. I try to stay away from toiletries with the exception of lip balm Headlamps the magnetic fishing tool mutli tool hats & gloves (we live in the northeast) Warm wool or fuzzy socks gum chocolate fidgets card or dice games chargers or charging cords water bottles (I usually fill them with candy)
for the boys, I started giving them 1 kitchen gadget to set aside for their first apartment

I bought my DH and 2 sons those bath poofs, and now they are hooked! Just happened upon a 3 pack for a good price, and thought why not.

Great ideas! I raised 4 daughters and two bring their partners home for Christmas - so "boy stockings" are hard for me.
Our guys seem to like socks (last year I put ones from Timberland in their stockings) and they went over well. They like tchotchkes like fun beer bottle openers (the ones shaped like green army men were popular); and I give them whiskey "flights" (which are basically nips of different types of whiskey).
Both are kind of outdoorsy, so I usually look at LLBean's website for little stocking stuffers plus I see if I can find anything from Yeti.
Everyone always gets a really good chocolate bar in their stocking.
One just ran a marathon so I picked up some stuff at the merch table at the marathon for his stocking. He also likes scented candles, so I'll always put a few smalls ones in his stocking.
and I keep an eye on sites like Rifle Paper, Perpetual Kid and World Market (and the checkout merchandise at Home Goods and Marshalls) for cute little things for stockings.
The election opened up my stocking game - we are all anti-Trump - so there will probably be something related to that as well.

It might sound stupid, but I give each of my kids (boy, 25, boy, 25, girl, 20) those Tide pens. One said to another just this week, "can I borrow your tide pen?"
