So he wants to push his nominees through without Senate approval, and wants to stop President Biden from appointing judges, which is his right until his last day in office.
I wonder when the idiot lost in 2020 did he stop appointing judges? My guess is no.

Yes, Democrats are going to challenge his nominees likely because they will warrant challenges, but he will probably appoint people so extreme or unqualified that even his own party will pause. Robert Kennedy Jr. is a good example. How bad do you have to be for the Kennedys to basically disown one of their own publicly? |

Biden should move Judges ASAP. That would not stop TFG appointments from moving thru, although do they go thru the process while Biden is still in office..??
TFG is only making noise, he is fully prepared and has in the past appointed 'acting' persons who can serve for, I think, 210 days without confirmation, but then must leave.
They, new guys, are still holding out on signing all the REQUIRED paperwork ...

And Mike huckabee is ambassador to Israel. In a past interview he said that there was no such thing as a Palestinian and that it was a made up word and group of people to take land away from Israel. Sounds like he will get along well with Netanyahu and Smotrich.

Youssef, and Lara Seligman reported in the Wall Street Journal that such a board would enable Trump to purge the military of the generals whom he considers insufficiently loyal to him. Generals who refused to carry out what they considered unconstitutional orders—including using the military against U.S. civilians—infuriated Trump during his first term. The chairman of VoteVets, retired major general Paul Eaton, warned that such a plan would turn the U.S. military into Trump loyalists. uh, ok, what law is going to stop them? why would they start following it now?? I also heard Hegseth saying in an interview that any general or other higher up who was involved in any “woke” shit should be removed. He sounds like a real ass. Not surprising. |

While I really am a bit dismayed about his picks and the transition, I am trying to stay calm and carry on. 🥴
But I have to say while my disdain for Stephen Miller is at the top of my list (I say it every time and will continue to do so any time his name is uttered…HE IS EVIL IMO), Elise Stefanik is right up there. Because of her district and being from NY, while she does not represent me or my state, I have had to watch and listen to her for all of her years in politics…and she is a career politician.
While I am not sure I would put her in the totally evil category, she is power hungry. Wanting to climb the political ladder is her ‘policies/platform’. And doing it any way she can is her game. While she got an appointment, it makes me so happy that (and I guarantee) it is not one that she wanted. She will be in NY and not in the inner circle. I think that domestic issues will be played out first and her political career trajectory is now totally off course…even more now than when she moved from Moderate Republican to a Trump rhetoric spewing loyalist. And I bet it will take awhile to have a special election to fill her seat. 🤞
